Coffee and Leopard Flats

Good Sunday morning ladies! Grab your coffee and lets recap this week! Here it is almost the middle of January, can you guys believe that? This month is flying right on by us.

Not much has been going on here, Brooklyn has made it fun this weekend. I have a respiratory infection which has slowed me down tremendously. Hopefully, I will be back at work Monday with bells on! This is the third time I have had a “cold” since the season started, guess I should have gotten that flu shot!

I wanted to share a pair of leopard print flats with you girls that I got from Sole Society. If you haven’t tried Sole Society out you must give them a try. They have all kinds of cute shoes, boots, handbags, clothes -anything you can think of! I shop online with them quite often and have come to enjoy checking out all the fashion pieces they have. Warning: You may get addicted!

Spoiler alert: Loafers are making a HUGE comeback NOW! Wear them with jeans, leggings and of course, your workwear outfits. I like the detail these have around the top of my foot. Not to mention the actual material feels kind of like animal fur…very faintly though. Check the detail out below! Love these! Plus Sole Society offers AfterPay on their items if you don’t want to pay full price right off the bat. I thought that was a great incentive to buy on a sweet little “easy pay” option, especially after Christmas!

When I first wore these shoes I wore them with black skinny jeans and a beige cowlneck sweater with bell sleeves, (this was in a prior post -read it HERE) that I purchased for The Loft. It’s one of my favorites sweaters this winter. We didn’t get a picture of that outfit, but the sweater is below. Notice Ziva is still by my side haha! Seriously, I don’t think you will catch many pictures of me without her till it gets warmer and I head back outside for pictures. FYI: The boots in this picture are muted leopard print boots by Sole Society also!

I paired the leopard print shoes from Sole Society with a cocoon black cardigan, a black shell, and skinny jeans from American Eagle.

I love this cocoon cardigan, I have another one in a taupe color also. It gives me the illusion of curves! I have more of a straight shape with little to no curves. So when I find an item that can give me instant curves, I’m all about that!

OK, ladies, I’m headed out to go to my Mom’s this morning to watch church on the TV with her. Spending time with your parents as they get older means so much more than I ever thought. Plus, I love seeing her listen to preaching. Brings back a lot of memories of being in church with her. You girls have a great day and I will see you back on the blog tomorrow! Thanks for stopping by and Be Blessed!
