Huge Outfit Roundup: What You May Have Missed

Today is a roundup of last week’s post on social media that you have missed. From athletic wear to teacher outfits, and everyday cool fall fashion finds. Many of these items are marked down, and of course I want you to get the sale before it goes away. I normally do not post on Sunday’s like this, but since this was scheduled to go out on Friday and some sales are ending and stock levels will be decreasing…I want you to get the best price available. I had to share this cute crewneck sweater with the collar detail, I am in love with this top! I know it will get gone quick because it is already a hot trend right now. This also comes in a charcoal gray that will look fabulous with white jeans this fall. This lightweight sweater is only $20, see it here. I am wearing a large for reference, (bra size is 38C). I styled it with Utility Ankle Twills from Target, that honestly did not look that inviting on their website. Once I got them home and tried them on, I can tell you that they are definitely keepers! These fit true to size and can be cuffed or rolled at the hem. I’m loving them so much, I think I am going back to get the black, because we all need a great pair of black pants, right? This exaggerated muscle tank from Target had my name written all over it, I love that the sleeves come past your shoulder just a tad. It’s really cute on and I love with the boyfriend jeans, and relaxed weekend look. Honestly, this is an outfit I will wear through the week…it’s SOOO comfy! Most of you know that I have fell in love with Candace Cameron Bure’s new fashion line at QVC, so when the fall line dropped, I wasted no time in grabbing up my favorites. These wide-leg cropped twill pants are amazing! The fit, the feel, the stretch…they are totally made for mom’s who are moving throughout the day. The comfort level is a 10, hands down! I just went back and ordered another pair, and I only do that when I really love an item. I grabbed these on Easy Pay plus I got the twill jacket that goes with it for a set. I may never wear it as a set, but I will definitely get my money’s worth out of these pieces. I cannot stress enough just how well-made and comfortable these are. Another Amazon Find is this cute striped lightweight hoodie! Let’s talk lounge sets real quick. The matching sets are extremely popular right now and I LOVED this green set from Target. It’s not only super soft, it’s not a bad price for a fabulous comfy casual, stay at home, watch a movie type of outfit, lol! You girls know I will take a set and wear it different ways, but I loved the sweatshirt so much, I had to share it with the Abercrombie & Fitch jeans that are becoming one of my favorite pairs of jeans. Isn’t it an eye-catching color and outfit? I sized up to a large in the sweatshirt since it is a little bit cropped, and I am wearing a medium in the shorts and the inseam is 3 inches, but it didn’t feel too short for me, especially around the house. I’m a big North Face fan ever since I had to travel back and forth Illinois for work. I have never seen so much snow…and that’s why we bought the Jeep, so I would be able to drive with more confidence. I always had a North Face jacket and apparel with me, so when it was time for an upgrade, I found this gorgeous color. My North Face jacket is lightweight and the color is in high demand! While I was shopping for my 70% off “fill my cart to the brim”, I found this pink athletic jacket that has pockets everywhere! Even in the back for your keys! These are very well made pieces and I am going back to get more. One thing I did figure out when figuring out my size, because compression pieces can get very TIGHT. So I sized up in every piece I bought even my sports bra, except my joggers. Anything athletic type workout wear, I sized up so I would be more comfortable. The CCB off the shoulder striped top was such a hit, I thought I would share how I wore it this week. This was really popular on my IG stories. This top is uber comfy and if you wonder about a bra…try a bralette or the sticky adhesive bras from Walmart, they work great! I styled it with the black TENCEL joggers that many of you already have, so here is another cool look for fall, that your hubby will love. This was a date night outfit…funny we ended up going through a Bojangles drive thru…HAHA!

Do you love a slimming top with elbow sleeves? This mock neck top is from Target and only $12. I and wearing a large for reference and it doesn’t fit too snug, it does have a lot of stretch in it and looked great with everything I tried it on with. It’s a perfect top for back to school teachers, workwear, or with jeans or a skirt. I’m styling it with the twill pants from Target, also check out the boot-mules with the khaki pants, they are super cute with cropped pants and jeans also from Target).

I got out this past week and stopped by my local Cato Fashions to see what was new and snapped a few outfits that I loved. The peasant top in the 1st picture is gorgeous, the picture really does not do it justice, and I am truly loving the corduroy stretch skirt for the fall. The shoes I am wearing are a pair I grabbed up on the way into the dressing room. I loved them and they will look gorgeous with white jeans and a coffee/cocoa-colored top. When I looked at the price, I was surprised they had been marked down to $12! Yes, I said $12!! See those HERE. I have never owned a leather skirt, so I decided to step out of my comfort zone and I tried on the faux leather belted cutie. Y’all, for the first time in years, this ole grandma felt like she had some mojo! HAHA!! The leopard blouse is a tunic and is button-down so it can be tied at the waist, tucked in, or left out like a tunic. The dress is a pretty floral print that I decided to get for now and later. This will look cute with boots and a denim jacket this fall. Fit Tip: Wearing a Large in both tops, wearing a medium in the faux leather skirt, wearing a size 10 in corduroy skirt (it snaps down the front and I didn’t want it fitting too snug), wearing a large in the dress- it has a relaxed fit)
