Moto Jacket + Wide Leg Cropped Jeans & More

The wide-leg pant is having a moment and I am embracing this cute look. I first styled these wide-leg pants last month and I have fallen in love with the look, the fit, and how easy it is to dress it up or down. These are great pants for workwear, or casual Friday if you work in a dressier environment. These will be an easy item to style in the spring with cardigans and mules or wedges. Today I am styling a great pair of wide-leg cropped jeans and I am throwing in a few other looks I am currently loving.

I found these cute Vintage Straight Cropped Jeans at Target and I am totally crushing on them! These high-rise jeans provide a broken-in feel with plenty of stretch for comfortable wear. The light wash makes for easy pairing with just about any top in your wardrobe, or you can keep it casual with a half-tuck tee or sweatshirt and sneakers. These fit TTS, see them here. My Elbow Sleeve Mock Neck Tee is also from Target for only $12!

If you purchased the Wrap Sweater from Walmart, you can style it with these super flattering and fun straight khakis with a let down raw hem. These khakis fit TTS and they do have some stretch in them and hold their shape very well throughout the day. These are on sale for under $27 – see them here. I added the Moto Jacket and added a little pop of color (for V-Day) with my Marc Fisher Caitlin pumps with a block heel. The red pumps are on sale right now for under $25, see them here.

If a red shoe is not your thing, have you tried a floral print shoe for a dressier casual look? This is my first time stepping out in a floral print, as I am starting to add shoes to my spring wardrobe, and fell in love with the bright colors. These are SO cute with the khaki pants and look fabulous with jeans! These are by Kate & Kellie and called the Misha Pump. These come in different colors and patterns, plus…they are on sale for under $30! See them here.

If pumps aren’t your thing at all and you are around the house like I am, then the Steve Madden loafer mule might be something that you would love. I personally LOVE these mules, they are some of the most comfortable mules I have ever worn. I like these because they have a small arch in them, but they stay on my feet very well. See the mules here. This is a great everyday casual-dressy outfit.

    Good morning!
Not sure about the wide leg crop pant. I feel like the might make me look fat. LOL. I do like the sweater as I wear mine often. I pretty much wear some type of sneaker everyday. Foot problems don’t like heels. Definitely going to look at the silver necklace….you look wonderful no matter what you wear.😀

I probably like the last look best, with the loafers. I’ve just begun to embrace the cropped/straight leg pants and as a tall girl, I struggle with what shoes to wear. I love the look of heels or a strappy sandal for the spring/summer but in winter, I don’t know what to wear except a tall boot. I’m afraid of that cropped pant+cropped boot combo that would leave me with 3 inches of WTH is that in between?!?! lol

I’m dying laughing!! I’m taller too, so I feel your pain!! Loafers, mules, sneakers..they all work! They all take a little to get used to, but once you do, you feel fantastic!!
