Fashion Friday: Weekend Wear

Happy FriYAY!! Ladies, I hope your week has been great! The weather here in NC has kind of been YUCKY!!! I know we need rain, but to be honest, I am not a fan of rain at all. From the car getting extremely dirty, my yard looks like a miniature pond in places to the frizzes with the hair…Uggg! On the bright side, I did just book another trip to the big city of Atlanta and will be meeting up with the one and only Tania from 50 Is Not Old Blog!

We are headed to a convention for Rodan + Fields and I’m super excited! Today I am wearing my JAM! I love some clothes that fit well but are comfortable. These camo pants that I am wearing came from The Loft and are on sale right now for $39.50, they are normally $69.50 so that’s a pretty good deal. These fit true to size and they come right to my ankles. They are perfect for booties, sandals, or flip flops. If you live in the South, you have to have flip flops! These pants are durable, yet they are not too thick so they are perfect for Spring and Summer if you don’t wear shorts much. I would cuff these in the Summer to make them more of a cropped pant and wear with a cute T-shirt…too cute! Get the camo pants HERE.

It’s still kind of chilly here so I decided to grab an oversized sweatshirt and wear a bralette with it. This one is from, you guessed it…Amazon! it’s called

Make sure you check the sizing with Amazon – you never know where they are made and what size model they are using to start the line. One designers 6 may not be another designers idea of a 6. Don’t be afraid to mix the colors up with camo! Burgundy, Red, Gray, Beige, White, nearly anything can be styled with these pants. You can even dress these up with a nice blouse and heels, sandals or mules would look darling! Check out this one sweatshirt that is available as an alternative to the black sweatshirt. I paired these with Pierre Dumas tan boots, I have styled these multiple times in the blog. That’s how good they wear and that should tell you that I absolutely LOVE these! I threw in a picture from last Summer I snapped showing a cocoon cardigan with booties. Believe it or not, this picture did really well in a Poll of YAY or NAY on My Instastory! HAHAHA!!! As you can tell, I wore no jewelry with this other than earrings. I love these earrings from BaubleBar, these are the Lutana Druzy Hoop Earrings and they are $36.
