Ok girls, I’m sharing my actual outfits that I am wearing around the house today. I try to get up and makeup every day, but let’s face facts, some days that just doesn’t happen. It’s joggers and a tee or worse, pajama pants all day lol! I know you girls do it to haha! Hopefully these outfits will inspire you to dig in your closet and find some inspiration. A simple, fresh, clean, and classic style is neutrals and denim. I picked this outfit because Barry and I went shopping last week and I picked up a pair of some really cute Lucky Brand mules. If you love a mule for the fall, these are VERY comfortable with cushion, and to be honest, I couldn’t wait to wear these. So I did…the very next day. They are that cute in person! The blouse I am wearing is a short sleeve hi-lo button-up and a ribbed cardigan. The rest of the outfit details are below. I am wearing a medium or an 8 in all of these pieces. The blouse is on sale for under $18, see it here, and comes in two more color options. Cardigan is from last year, but a similar one is here from Target. A white button-down shirt is a classic staple piece for your wardrobe and looks great with denim any time of the year and for almost any occasion. I started out my day with this shirt on, but it soon got warmer so I opted for a short-sleeved white top and a beige cardigan (seen above). The jeans I am wearing are some of my “go-to” skinny jeans from American Eagle. These fit TTS and are super comfortable, no matter your age or size, these look fabulous on. Outfit Details: // White Blouse (similar) // Jeans // Super Cute Mules // Boho Cuff (Victoria Emerson) I’m apparently really loving button-down tops because I just realized that I am sporting another one lol! Button-downs are great to style with Moto jackets, blazers, and cardigans or can look effortlessly chic all alone. And if your weather is like ours, you may be bundled up when you leave for work and stripping off layers as the day goes by. (My gals going through menopause with me totally understand this). Remember those boyfriend jeans I styled here a few weeks ago with this sweater and booties? They are a great jean to syle so many ways, even with sneakers. Outfit Details: // Black Button-down (similar)// Boyfriend jeans // Beige Woven Mules **Side Note: I literally wear these mules 3-4 times a week, they are that comfortable and go with everything! Since I am helping Brooklyn with virtual school (it is going MUCH better btw), I am in joggers quite a bit! Instead of my normal t-shirt, I added the off-the-shoulder thin sweater and a pair of cute Asher Van slip-ons. I think these sneakers give the outfit a little pizazz lol! The joggers are from Walmart and are sold out, but they have some almost identical to mine that you can see here. I am wearing a medium in the sweater and joggers, both fit TTS. This week has been super busy on the blog and WOW, you girls are certainly gathering up new summer apparel! And why not? Sales are everywhere right now. Today I am sharing the hottest items on the blog and social media. Some of these I knew were going to be at the top of the list and others zoomed right into the top. I think every one is getting “summer ready”!! These shorts were the hottest item on the blog this week and I mean fiery hot! This comes in navy and you may remember that I styled the navy with the white short above. And why not? This is a dress that fits any body shape and the flare is so feminine and you can twirl lol. It’s under $30 and a total bargain, who knew Amazon had the cute dresses? The Shirred Back Shell is a cute summer top that I have been wearing multiple times. I cannot express how much I am loving this blouse. Get 70% off with code YESSS The Aerie Chambray Distressed Pant has only been on social media and the blog for a few days, but these cute pants are heating up fast! This entire outfit is super hot this week! The Mid-Rise Linen-Blend Pull-On pants are AMAZING and you girls spoke loud and clear that you love comfort! These come in several color options and fit TTS, I am wearing a medium. See the pant here. The boho off the shoulder blouse will be another record-breaker for the blog. Size down in this so it stays on your shoulders and not fall off. It runs a tad bit large with plenty of room in the mid-section. This comes in several colors also, see it here. This cute eyelet dress is popping back up in the hottest items this week. This dress has pockets (YAY) and Fits TTS. It is super cute with sandals and one of my favorite dresses I have. Try-On Haul: Winter & Holiday Fashion

Good Friday morning girls! The first thing I want to say is to thank you to all that sent messages, comments, texts, and calls asking about my mom. Wow, you girls are certainly the sweetest and so thoughtful! I was blown away, so thank you very much from Mom and me! She is doing a tad bit better and learning how to use her left hand instead of her right – that’s been hard, but she is finding ways to make it work. She gets an MRI next week, so we will know more and she will start physical therapy soon, I hope! There are a lot of items, so let’s get started! This was my outfit for the day, the one thing that you haven’t seen is the emerald top from The Loft. I think I told you girls while it was on sale last weekend I purchased this one and I am so glad I did! See it here. Looks like it is still on sale for only $20!! YAY! That is such a good deal! Outfit Details // Jacket // Blouse // Jeans // Boots // Backpack // Bracelet Combo My favorite comfy top was this Cowl Bell Sleeve Sweater, it is SUPER soft on the inside. I love cozy tops and this one definitely came home with me! I give this one a straight up 5-star! See it here. Plus, the length of it fits perfect right at your hips! This Crown and Ivy quilted jacket has been very popular this year. These come in several colors and patterns and the sleeve cuffs are plaid/gingham check when you roll it up. I love the gold button detail also. If you are looking for a great lightweight dressier jacket this would be a nice classic piece to add to your wardrobe. See it here. As we are making our rounds with Christmas parties, I am looking for a dressier blouse that has a little bling to it. This blouse is very cute, flowy, with a gorgeous rhinestone detail that makes it pop! This comes in white also, see them here. I will be wearing this with black slacks or winter white slacks and some super cute heels! As you all know, I am all about comfort and staying warm in the winter and this hoodie is the ticket! It’s a popcorn-like, soft textured shorter pullover with a hoodie – need I say more!? This would look so cute with winter boots, socks popping up over the boot, a great pair of jeans and a vest or a great puffer jacket. See the pullover here. If you like pastels, this sweater is so pretty in person. This picture does not do it justice. This comes with tangerine stripes also. I love the lavender in this! See it here. This would look really great with a chambray shirt underneath or a button-down shirt that matches these colors, a lighter pair of jeans and booties or flats would look great! This Crown and Ivy blouse caught my eye and I had to have it! I loved velvet growing up and whether it’s trending or not – I still love the feel! This material seems to be making a comeback and this top is super cute and flattering! You can wear this to work, on the weekend as a casual blouse, or pair it with off-white slacks and great heels for a Christmas Get-together. See it here. This is another sweater that I REALLY loved! This is by Crown and Ivy, so it’s made with quality material and it fits great. I am wearing my normal size (medium) in everything except one item below. I added a picture of the black and white striped below also because it’s just too dang cool not to show- so you know I brought it home! See them here. Notice the cable stitching at the top of the sweater. I have to post a Winter sweater because it seems a lot of you love them! I love reindeer…A LOT! This sweater has so many details in it, but the sleeves with the stripes around the cuffs and hemline make this sweater! Plus the sleeves are blouson and make it looks so feminine! See it here. We all seem to love cardigans and this one is a super cozy feather cardigan and it has a hoodie. It’s super cute with jeans and will look great with joggers also. A great piece to add to your wardrobe for those cold days and nights when you’re inside sitting by the fire watching movies. This comes in a few more colors, see it here. **This one did run a little small, so I sized up to a Large. I snapped a few pictures os a couple outfits that really stood out. Doesn’t this one look very chic and well put together? I love everything about it and I think I will be going back tomorrow to try this one on. Tops, Sweaters, & Jackets Try-On Haul

Hello Thursday and hello to all of you! I hope your week has been going well. It’s very cold here right now and that makes me want homemade soup. Does your crowd love homemade soup on cold or chilly days? My little crew loves it! Do you have any easy recipes for soups? I’m jumping right into the Try-On Haul today since there are a lot of items. As my followers know, we stop in at Belk every week for the Doorbusters because they are changing up deals constantly. Barry needed jeans and I was looking for a few new items to add to my wardrobe also. The sweater that I am wearing is from Walmart (on sale for $11) and you can see it here. I am linking the jeans -here, booties (they are on sale) here, and the black backpack is here – it’s also on sale under $55 from Nordstrom! All these items will be in the Shop The Post below. **All items fit TTS First up is a lightweight Parka Jacket that comes in 3 more colors. This is a great silhouette for any outfit. I love the drawstring around the waist also. See the jacket and other colors here. I am a chenille lover and it started making a comeback last Fall. This rust color is still having a moment, so I decided to add this Chenille Sweater to my pile. It comes in 3 other colors and makes for a perfect sweater to keep you warm on cold days. Add a scarf and a moto jacket to really make it pop! See it here. This Mock Neck sweater will be a favorite for a lot of women. I love red and it reminds me of the holidays, which brings me holiday cheer lol! This is a great piece to layer with a vest or jacket, add jeans, booties, and a scarf and you are set for the weekend. See the sweater here and the other colors. If you are looking for a thinner sweater to layer, this is really soft and is very flattering for any figure. It comes in 9 more colors – see it here. This would look cute with a vest and a denim jacket with a pair of knee-high boots. Layer it up a bit more with a great plaid scarf! This was my favorite look out of all the items. I love the vest with a pop of red paired with the black plaid boyfriend shirt. This could be worn to work with slacks then changed at night with a cute pair of jeans and booties. Backpacks are trending if you don’t have one as a stand by – this is a GREAT one for a great price! I found one of the softest cowl neck sweatshirt with bell sleeves. When I say soft – I mean SOFT! This will keep you warm on a chilly day or night and it is a great piece for work also. Add some cigarette pants and heels for an updated casual style that is on point! See the top here. I loved the colors of this sweater! I think it’s pretty obvious that cowl neck or mock neck sweaters are very popular this season. If the peach and rust is not your thing, check out the other colors here. Wouldn’t this look cute with khaki or white jeans and knee-high or over the knee boots? If you remember the camo cozy sweater (I styled with leggings with booties and sneakers) you can read it here, then you will love this heather gray version also. The camo top has been a number one fave on the blog and this one will look super cute with jeans or camo leggings for a casual look. I promise if you put it on and walk outside with the wind blowing you will stay toasty warm! See the cute fuzzy coat here. And it’s leopard! I don’t know many women who doesn’t love leopard! If leopard is not your thing and you want a coat that can be worn more often, then try this black style. This is a great option for every day and a cute coat for church or dressier occasions. How To Style a Romper 5 Ways

Happy Hump Day ladies! Today I am styling a romper 5 different ways, from very casual to…maybe a tad dressed up. I must admit, I had to really look in my closet to see what I had to get some inspiration for outfit ideas. I did start out with the post going to be 3 ways, but I soon decided on 5 different ways. Before we start I want to say that I did absolutely NOTHING yesterday while Brooklyn was here. I asked her once to put her shoes on so we could get out of the house a little and she looked up at me and said, “I really want to stay here grandma”. How could I say no, lol! So I piddled in my closet and found more ideas for the post! I found this Time and Tru navy romper at my local Walmart store. I looked it online and could not find it, so I’m assuming they have already sold out online. It is very comfy, so if you can find one, I know you will love it! Plus the shorts part of it are mid-thigh on me and I’m 5’7″, so they are a good conservative length. I did find some really cute alternatives in the Shop The Post below. You can wear this alone and you will look GREAT! I paired it with a pair of Ked Double Decker Slide On‘s, these are my favorite tennis shoes for Summer. I like sliding my shoes on and going! After Brooklyn decided we weren’t going shopping (sigh), I found this little number I almost forgot about! You can throw a kimono over anything and give your outfit a little more jazz! As I was trying this on, I thought this would be a really cute outfit with a long fitted knit skirt, black top and a belt like this, what do you think? Plus it’s only $4.99!! I can’t leave out the beloved short sleeve cardigan! Ladies honestly, these little cardigans are perfect for anything and anywhere! This is an ice blue color, see it HERE, wouldn’t a yellow look cute with this?! If you are ever in doubt about adding another layer of clothing, always go with a cardigan – it’s a timeless piece and you can’t go wrong. If you want a hippy look or boho chic, try an olive utility jacket. This one is lightweight and you can roll the sleeves up on chilly nights. Happy Saturday morning! Ladies, we have been busy running around this week it seems like I am lost in the chaos! Ever felt like that? I have no idea how this week has slipped by me so fast. She is just growing into her personality and I can honestly say, she is going to be the class clown! Barry and I rode the golf cart down to the park and he hit a couple of golf balls and I would video him so he could check out his swing…the things wives/girlfriends do! He has a torn rotator cuff and has been in physical therapy for a few months now and wanted to see how good or bad he looked. I posted them on Instagram – don’t tell him though! HAHA! I ordered a box full of clothes from NY&CO a few weeks ago and was not able to get out to get pictures with them. Some things I am keeping and some things are going back, but I wanted you to see what I ordered and if I liked them or not. I have been looking a white pair of “beachy” pants and I really, really liked these. These are the Wide-Leg Gauze Pant, I liked these because they have a built-in pair of shorts so you can’t see through them. They are breezy and comfortable and go with this top and make a super cute outfit! The pants and tops come in blue, beige, and black, see them HERE. These are all part of the sale going on now! This top is a Striped V-Neck Blouse in Brown, it’s sold out and the only color left is a cute Brazilian Green. See the blouse HERE. I chose my favorite thong sandals to give me the total beach look. Rampage Sandals at Belk are on sale this weekend for $14.99 and come in snakeskin, gold, a few in leopard print, cork, and white. See them HERE. I have also been looking a dressy denim cropped pant and these fit PERFECT! These are the Audrey Pant-Crop Slim Pant, regular $54.95 (50% off with NYC Card or 40% OFF). These are a Navy Denim and honestly, once I tried these on, before I even buttoned them up I knew they were staying! I really liked this Crochet Trim top, it was a bit wrinkled, so it would need steaming – but the color is gorgeous in person! This comes in white also, I have added a better picture below. Happy Monday! Here we go again into a new week and I hope your day is starting off great! Wow….we have had one busy weekend! Brooklyn showed back up Friday morning which was a total shock. Then all the chaos with Raegan and doctors, Barry was gone on a golf trip, Chase was helping me declutter our garage, it was nonstop! We did manage to get a few things done, but girls…the day goes by so fast on the weekends, so why is it so slow during the week?? LOL Barry came home Sunday earlier than expected, I think he secretly missed home, but don’t tell him I said that HA!! I’m headed out today to run some errands and spend a little time with my Mom and my daughter. Yep, more doctors visits, but we are going to do some “browsing and looking” at some of our favorite stores while we are out and about. I sure hope they want to hit up a Chic-Fil-A today, gosh..just thinking about those chicken sandwiches makes my mouth water. Who doesn’t love Chic-Fil-A??? I went looking around online last week at Old Navy and found a couple pair of shorts and this cute top a few weeks ago. I finally pulled it out and decided I was going to wear it. It has been raining here and I really wanted to wear it with the shorts, but rain feels much better hitting jeans than my bare legs LOL! What I liked about this top is the colors, after I tried it on I was loving the flutter sleeves and the neckline. It’s so feminine and flowy, a really great top for the weekend, running errands, church or the workplace. I like a top that is versatile and I really like a top when people ask where did you get it! This is one of those blouses, it’s called the Floral Print Smocked-Yoke Flutter Sleeve Blouse and it’s $29.99 and it was 40% off, I’m not sure if it is still on sale…check it HERE. I like the details about this blouse, notice the neckline and the chest area – it’s so cute! This would look really good with the pixie pants from Old Navy. They come in a variety of colors and I think the Illusion or Blue My Mind would really look Springy and cute! Put a pair of strappy sandals with it and you have an outfit that’s cute for anything! I ordered these with no expectations other than I needed a pair of khaki cropped pants, but boy was I surprised when I slid these on and thought- dang- these are going to the front of the rotation pile! These are called the Chimikeey Pencil Pants and they fit AMAZING! They have stretch recover, so they don’t sag in the butt – which I love. Who wants a saggy bottom? We have all had pants that did this – these don’t! These are very inexpensive also, they are only $19.98 and come in black, olive, navy and the khaki. I am ordering the olive pair to style on the blog, seriously ladies, I know you will like these pants! Get the pants HERE. They come in S- Xl, I ordered a Medium for reference. I wanted to show the top with jeans also, so I paired it with the American Eagle Ne(X)t Level High Waisted Jeggings, they are called curvy – and I have no clue why! I like to cuff my jeans in the Spring and Summer to have the look of a cropped jean, it’s much cheaper to cuff your jeans than buying jeans that are already cuffed! Which look do you girls like better? This top would also look great as a shell underneath a light blazer or cardigna for workwear also. I also wanted to share some really cute earrings that I found on BaubleBar this weekend. I have been looking for some really cute black and white leopard earrings to wear with colorful tops this summer and I found some! These are about 1.65″ in width, so they are bigger, but not too big. These should be coming soon in the mail, but I loved them so much I had to share with you girls today! Perfect Camo Joggers

Happy Hump Day or better known as Wednesday! Mid-week with just a couple of more days to go to the weekend! It has been a real rollercoaster this week having a little one in the house for more than a few days. I have learned so much this week just talking to Brooklyn. I knew she was funny, but boy-she is wiser than I thought. The things kids say!! HA! I bet all of you grandparents out there say the same thing about your little ones – aren’t they precious! I wanted to share with you girl the PERFECT Camo jogger and it is only $12.85, in fact, the entire outfit is under $60 for the clothes and shoes! Now ladies…that’s a deal! What’s even better, all of these items are from Amazon and if you have Amazon Prime that means FREE Shipping! I ordered these joggers about a month or so ago and haven’t tried them on until yesterday – and they are the bomb! Does anyone say that anymore? Showing my age now ha! The knit joggers are so comfortable, you could sleep in them. These are Always Women’s Drawstring Jogger Sweatpants from Amazon for only $12.85. This is an investment you can’t pass up if you are looking for some really comfortable joggers in camo. I have a pair of jean type material joggers and I love them, but these…ohhhhh, these are like wearing loose leggings. I promise you will fall in love! These are super cute with a little heel, sandal or tennis shoe. You can pair it with a T-shirt, a camisole and denim jacket, or even a button-down shirt half tucked. I have a couple pics below to show the fit and the stretch in these, I am wearing a Medium and am wearing a Size 8 right now. I chose to pair it with the T-shirt bundle I got from Amazon for $20. I have shown these T-shirts numerous times and to show you girls that these tees can be a staple in your wardrobe for Spring and Summer. This is a simple outfit, but (in my opinion) looks really cool! What are your thoughts? The 2 T-shirt pack is the Daily Ritual Women’s Midweight 100% Supima Cotton Rib Knit Short-Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt. I have washed thee numerous times and they are holding very well. I do not dry my t-shirts, I hang them to dry because I never have great luck with any knit top when I dry them. I end up giving them to Raegan because they always shrink and that’s wasting my money on my clothes -it’s a WIN for Raegan though LOL! The T-shirts come in a 2-pack and come in 18 variations of colors and stripes to choose from.
