I love that the neckline is not too deep and the length hits around the knee, so it’s a great choice for everyday, casual work dress, or for a dinner outfit. This is another Amazon Find that I highly recommend. This dress comes in multiple colors and patterns, the sleeves can be pushed up (like I am wearing it) or pulled down to the elbow, and has a cute ruffle trim. It’s 40% off and hits right below the natural waist, so you can tuck it in or out. It’s a cute blouse to style with shorts or to pair with your favorite trousers for work. I am wearing a medium in this for reference, see the top here. My button-pocket shift skirt is also from Loft and is 40% off. This also comes in white and in petite and tall sizes. I am wearing this in the regular length and it hits about 2 inches above my knee in a size 10 with plenty of room. I normally would wear an 8, but wanted it a little bit looser. HAHA! Ive rounded up all the cutest holiday and Christmas themed pajamas that are trending and they are great options for Christmas gifts. I’m sharing cute options for you, the family, and I’m including the precious pups and some cat pajamas…wouldn’t want them to fell left out! 😄 Most of these are great buys from Old Navy and Target and come in sizes from XS to 4-5X, even in tall and petite lengths! I’m also adding a few pajamas or loungewear that can be worn from now all the way through the winter. Hope you enjoy! This is one of my favorite lounge sets that I have from Target, it’s UBER comfy and if you’ve been following along for any time, then you know I was hooked! This set fit TTS, and comes in a pretty red color also. If you want your bottoms to fit tighter, order a size down, I am wearing a small for reference in the bottoms and a large in the top. This was Barry’s favorite holiday jammie set from all the pajamas, and I’m saying that he kept on and on about these pajamas – to the point I was getting tired of hearing it…LOL! I think he was jealous I didn’t buy him a pair, because I always order him jammies to match me for the holiday…it’s a tradition at this point. I did buy Brooklyn these, which will be an early gift for her. These fit snug like the “old timey long johns” (that’s what my dad would call them 😆), so if you don’t want them super fitting, definitely size up in the shirt, the bottoms seem to stretch out a little. I bought these Ugg Bailey Zip boots last year around Christmas. Some of you may remember the story of how I opened up a package and tried these boots on, not remembering ordering them, but was loving them! Come to find out, Chase had ordered these boots for his girlfriend and I had commandeered them, HA! Or course I put them back in the box when I realized what I had done, and then proceeded to buy my own. I can say these have been my favorite Ugg boots I have ever owned, by far! The zipper on the side are cute and they make getting them on and off a breeze! See thee boots here. Even though I am normally sliding on the Ugg boots, I do have a few hard bottom shoes or slippers that I wear a lot around the house for running in and outside. I was asked on social media what my favorite buy, that I actually wore was from the summer and I didn’t even have to think about it. It was my Birkenstock Arizona sandals. It took a few weeks to break them in to fit the mold of my foot, but once I did, I can say they were worn nearly every day! So I wasted no time in ordering the sherpa Arizona sandals for the winter. I have pulled a tendon in my heel and between the Birkenstocks and my ON Cloudflow sneakers, they have been life savers! I recently stopped in and decided to grab a few items to try on. As I was grabbing items, I decided to show multiple ways to wear certain pieces. First up are these super cute cargo compression leggings. These caught my eye instantly and the different color options really popped! These are great for working out or hanging out around the house. These are compression leggings, so if you like the tight fit, get your size; if you prefer a looser fit, then size up. For a casual look, I added this split-neck raglan top. Top fits tts and comes in multiple colors. See top here, see leggings here. If you are in the market for a cute white embroidered blouse, this is a cute option. I would wear a camisole underneath this blouse as it is a tad sheer. This is a loose fit with a square neck and, I love the length of the sleeves. This is a top that can be styled with nearly anything! Wouldn’t it look cute with jeans and a cute pair of wedges? This comes in a warm coffee color option as well. See the blouse here. Similar joggers can be seen here; these were a top seller last year and are now restocked! Use a jacket top change the look and create multiple outfit options. I found this linen-blend utility jacket in chambray blue and decided to use this and an olive tee to create different looks. My first outfit is with an olive tee and a smocked waist floral midi skirt. The skirt fits TTS and comes in multiple colors. This is very lightweight and perfect for warmer days. I added the lightweight utility jacket for a fun spring look. All items fit TTS and I am wearing a medium in all pieces. I love a great dress for warmer weather and this one was perfect for me? This fit and flare striped dress is totally worth a look! The shape of this dress is very flattering and gives any woman an hourglass shape. The material is lightweight and stretchy, looks perfect with sneakers or sandals. This dress does have a scoop neck neckline and hits me a few inches above the knee. This comes in navy stripes that could be worn with a chambray shirt or white button-down tied at the waist for a cute casual look. These were the cutest overalls! I showed these Monday and I am still loving them! These fit TTS, I did size up to a size 10 for a looser look. If you notice in some of these pictures I have the cuffs rolled up and some down. These are versatile for casual days with sneakers or dressier nights with strappy sandals. I loved these overalls with the linen blend jacket! Yes…we will be having tacos tonight lol! While I was out and about running errands last week, I stopped in at my local Old Navy to look at their new arrivals. All I can say is colored jeans, quilted vests, midi dresses, and denim jackets are going to be HUGE! Sweaters and cardigans are always trending for Fall, so I thought I would share a few things I grabbed up very quickly. I love dresses and I love wearing them with boots in the Fall and Winter months. Old Navy has PLENTY of different styles that are on sale and really cute! See all Old Navy dresses HERE. I picked up one of the first ones I saw, I’m not sure what drew me to it, but I thought it was cute and a long burgundy cardi would look so cute with it. Add some taupe booties or tall boots for a totally different Fall look! I am wearing a Medium and there are 2 more colors to choose from. To see all the dresses (and you will want to) click here. I loved this Bluer Than Blue Brushed cardi and styled it with a sleeveless leopard tank (see similar here). I found this leopard top in the store, but had no luck finding it online, so I found some similar below that would work great too! I love leopard with bold colors! Try styling it with mustard, red, green, and pink, rather than beige, white and black. It gives it a wow factor and brightens you up and who doesn’t like a pop of wow? If you haven’t tried the Rockstar Jeans from Old Navy…you MUST try them! These are the High-Waisted Raw Edge Super Skinny Ankle Jeans and the hem is frayed! They have great stretch in them and fit very well, they even have a 4.7-star rating out of 866 reviews! These Rock! Because they are high-waisted they hold in the tummy extra good and who doesn’t like that? I know I do! These are a great jean to wear with booties, notice how they hit right above my booties – you will be rocking the Fall Fashion like a pro! See the jeans HERE. I’m all about comfort while around the house and I love a great tunic sweatshirt that I can wear outside the house with leggings. I for one like to cover the tush when I’m wearing my leggings, I’m not a Kardashian so it needs to be hidden HA! This is called the Boyfriend French Terry Tunic Swetshirta and you can do the half-tuck with this if you don’t like it hanging in the front. I sized up to a large, just because I like it very roomy and slouchy. The neckline is generous, but not generous enough to wear one side off the shoulder. These come in 5 different colors and they are super soft and cozy. See them HERE. I can’t do a post without a quilted vest…so let’s finish this up with one of my favorite looks! I LOVED this Lightweight Diamond-Quilted Vest, it comes in 5 different colors, but olive is really one of my jam for Fall colors! It’s getting close to Christmas and it’s RUSH time! I don’t know about you guys, but we are still buying Christmas presents. This has got to be the slackest we have ever been about being prepared at Christmas. Honestly, it feels like it’s November and I still have a month to shop. When in reality, I have 3 days! Eeekkkk!! Did I tell you girls about our tree and ornaments getting messed up this year? Oh what a mess we had, I won’t go into detail about how the tree was demolished along with some pretty unique and sentimental ornaments. Ornaments that my kids made when they were small, oh my gosh…it just upsets me to even write this out! Enough of that, as it stands right now, we have NO tree..none! I couldn’t see going out and buying a new tree now when I can get one cheap after Christmas or even now on eBay. By the way, on eBay, I found some GORGEOUS Flok Christmas trees in the $140 – $400 range and they were beautiful (price depends on if you want unlit or prelit). So we are putting Christmas presents underneath the “garland” at this point. Boy, life never stops huh??!! On a brighter note, I got to spend a little time with my favorite little girl this week and have her some this weekend. Brooklyn was in full ” I’m happy and I want to play on Snapchat” mode..so we took a couple of pics to share. She cracks me up so much, I just love the innocence, curiosity, and straight out honesty from a child. Not to mention how she explains things…haha! If you are a grandparent then you know what I;m talking about! To the Fashion….. I went by The Loft this week and found a cute bell sleeve sweater and had to share this find! I LOVE this sweater, it’s very soft and comfortable, wears great- had no issues at all. It comes in two more colors, a fuschia pink and kind of a muted orange. They were all really cute, but I decided on the beige to wear with my leopard print booties. The jeans are high waisted jeggings from American Eagle Outfitters. These are some of my all-time favorite jeans. They have the distressed look, but no skin shows! These boots are not getting the light they deserve in this pic! I snagged these up a few weeks back from Sole Society and have fallen in love with them! Old Navy Finds…. Barry and I had stopped off a week or so ago at Old Navy and did some shopping and I picked up this cute V-Neck Striped Sweater and White Mid-Rise Rockstar Skinny Jean from Old Navy. Decided to wear these gorgeous gold leaf earrings and Pierre Dumas Rimini Booties in Taupe. The heel on this bootie is about 1 3/4 inches. I wear these boots a lot and they are some of the most “wearable” boots I’ve had in a long time. I’m up and down stairs all day, so if I can wear a pair of boots all day and my feet not hurt...WInner! Weekend Semi-Casual Style I have the same American Eagle High Waisted Jeggings on with the Leopard Boots from Sole Society, but this time I paired it with my Lisa Rinna Twist Fron Top. This slightly sheer blouse twists in the front and it hangs low in the back. Comes with a tank and it rates a 4.3 out of 5 stars on QVC. I have two of these and I get complimented every time I wear it. What I like about this blouse is it forgives! It’s flouncy enough to hide anything we want hidden. Plus, it’s a very chic and elegant piece that can be dressed up or go more casual, depending on where you are going. Here in NC we are really getting ready for this storm, I didn’t think I would ever get out of Walmart this morning. Geez, I felt like it was doomsday and everyone was fighting over a loaf of bread. Whew! Florence is a coming and we are in survival mode. By now most people have their batteries, water, food, etc and we are getting bunkered down to see whats going to happen. I’ve seen a lot of hurricanes come through, but none have ever touched Fran. These hurricanes that are in the F’s (women) are some mighty hateful chicks! This week has been crazy – trying to get ready for the storm, still working  – crazy chaos. Hopefully everything will be back to normal next week and we can actually start our Fashion Fridays! Speaking of fashion, lets talk about this casual little number I wore today.  I have on a pair of Old Navy Rockstar Jeggings (they are not tight on me – I have lost some weight since these were purchased – these are size 10), but they wear like jogging pants or leggings (Shop now and get 20% OFF your total PROMO CODE: SWEET). Very comfortable and very soft to the touch. These jeans are pull up, no zipper, they don’t have front pockets, but they do have back pockets. The top is from Cato Fashion, Size M, has two straps to hold it on your shoulders and tie at the elbows for cute detail. I love the sleeves on this!! Too cute and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on these blouse- every time I wear it. The shoes are from Amazon Prime Wardrobe(you can read my post about my experience with the Prime Wardrobe- CLICK HERE), Earth Origins Women’s Keri Wedge Sandal,  these are so comfortable  – you can wear these all day and you will think you’ve been in tennis shoes! I have worn these multiple times at the bank, standing all day and shopping before! They are keepers! As we get older we like shoes that are kind to our feet, but we also want shoes that are cute. So this is a win win for us women! These come in different colors, Taupe (shown in picture), Khaki, Black, Dusty Rose and Moroccan Blue. They range from $36.95 to $79.98. The heel is about a 2 1/2 inch heel, block heel and zips up the back.   The jewelry – I paired this cute Ivy Necklace ($26.00) from JBloom Designs with this pendant from Amazon – Gorjana Faye Gold Pendant ($55). The earrings are from JBloom also, they are called Tahiti Earrings ($24.00). You will LOVE these cute earrings, they wear very comfortable and you barely know you have them on! I love earrings like that – I cannot stand to have heavy earrings on. Bracelets are mostly JBloom Designs, I’m wearing the Glory Rose Gold Bracelet ($26) paired with the Uptowne Bangle in Gold ($29), I opted to have the verse, “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.” Those are on my left hand along with my Fitbit (btw – I love my Fitbit!! ha). Right wrist is the Luca and Danni bracelet, Druzy Bangle Bracelet In Metallic Champagne. This is a bracelet that I wear everyday, I alway have this on. The price is $38.00 and it comes in different colors, I purchased mine from Jernigan’s Nursery in Dunn, but you can get the same bracelet online – just click on the name of the bracelet and it will take you to the landing page. The other bracelet with it is from JBloom Design, the Simply Stated Bracelet in Stainless Steel ($32.00). Since I have partnered with JBloom Designs, I have found so many pieces that I actually really like to wear. It has pumped up the desire to wear jewelry again, for the longest time, all I would wear is my wedding band and maybe I would throw on some earrings. I forgot just how good it feels to feel “girlie” lol. Plus, this venture has brought my daughter and I closer together, it has been something that we have done/shared together.
