Those of you that have been following me for some time, know that I used to travel with my job nearly every week. It seemed I was on a plane nonstop, so after a while, I opted to drive and enjoy the states I was visiting. I learned very quickly that I needed to keep items in my car to keep it rolling, keep me safe, and keep it organized and clean. Today I’m sharing the items that I keep in my car and my daughter’s car plus a few new items I just purchased that were suggested by my brother. These are also some unique ideas for Father’s Day gifts and gifts for the grads! I also keep this emergency survival and first-aid kit in my organizer along with this kit with extra charging cords, a few LifeStraw water filters, and a small backpack with a change of clothes and comfortable shoes. I just updated my car organizer since I have been driving back and forth to Tennessee for the past few months. I also added all these items to Raegan’s car, and even though she does not drive long distances, you never know if she may need it one day. Since I was in need of a new vacuum, this one seemed to have everything I was looking for, and boy did it deliver! First off – I had just vacuumed my area carpets two days earlier and look what that vacuum sucked up. Shocked was not the word…Ewww, was more like it! More Deals For The Home I converted part of my garage into a mini home gym this summer and wanted a tv so I could use my fitness apps. Instead of buying a new tv, I bought the Roku Streaming Stick 4H and it turned an old tv into a new smart tv! This is the easiest setup ever and it comes with a remote. If you already have a Roku TV, once you put the stick in…it will be the same. Another must-have is the JBL Flip 4 Waterproof Portable Bluetooth speaker. This little baby is a must-have for anyone who loves music, listens to podcasts, audio books, etc. The battery life is fabulous, the sound has the ability to rock your neighborhood, or a nice low volume for background music while you are cleaning, or taking in a little nature. I take this with me to the beach, we used it daily at the pool, and it goes with us on golf cart rides, nog to mention if we travel- it is always going with us. Today I am sharing my latest purchases, plus I have added Gift Guides from the little ones, to the “hard to buy for” ones! From toys, beauty (including luxe beauty), tech, fashion for the entire family – and don’t forget all the goodies and food for all your get-togethers. Or stock up on baking supplies for those Christmas cookies made with love! Making Christmas cookies is a family tradition, we even have a competition to see who decorated theirs the best. We also started back making Gingerbread Houses last year, so we are going to be busy! Once all my picks for Barry and the kids were picked out ( I do have stocking stuffers left), all I had to do was wait till their most-wished items were delivered. What did I forget??? Cause I definitely have a “what now” look on my face! I forgot wrapping paper, tape, bows, boxes, and all the fluff to wrap these presents. We have long loved the Nerf Toy Family and I’m pretty sure not one Christmas has gone by that a Nerf toy was not under our tree. This year…it’s going to be a Nerf Family Fun day and if you listen closely on Christmas Day…you may hear her giggles and laughter!
