Coffee, Cooper, & Walmart+

*thanks to Walmart for sponsoring this post; all opinions are my own.

If you’ve been following along, you know that my little Cooper had to have emergency surgery about two weeks ago. After he was able to come home, we weren’t able to pick him up, and we had to watch his every move, so he didn’t reinjure himself. He wasn’t able to jump up, and he could barely lie down, so we had to figure out ways we could make things more accommodating to him. I was totally focused on him and his recovery, but with my Walmart+ membership, I was able to get all my essentials delivered right to my doorstep for free ($35 order min. Restrictions apply.) I have never enjoyed my Walmart+ membership more than I have the past few weeks! Literally!

I got creative and ordered a few bean bag chairs on the Walmart App for Cooper to use so he could walk up and down to get on and off the couch or bed. Coffee was on top of the list of must-haves for me, along with cookies, and maybe a few flavors of ice cream, lol! I got carried away and got this Iced Coffee Maker from Mr. Coffee and we are loving it! Be sure to get whipped cream, yum!

I was adding my favorite items from the Walmart App like a boss (wink wink)! In all seriousness, I love saving money and time, but when something like this happens, you really appreciate how this service and the benefits it offers!

Check out the items Raegan and I picked out; please notice the camcorder Raegan ordered to document Cooper’s recovery. She was very insistent that I share it, lol!

I’m so sorry to hear of your family’s loss. I, too, grew up like you – holidays and parties full of aunts, uncles and cousins who were more like siblings. I’ll be 50 this year and the tradition continues of us getting together – laughing like crazy – and making memories. Take care of you ♥️ thank you for all you do and always being so real.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I also have two older cousins who are more like my brother and sister because my mom and aunt made the effort for us to spend weekends and summers together as much as they could. My cousin’s kids call me their aunt which I just love!

My heart goes out to you as you feel the loss of your cousin. What a blessing to have experienced wonderful family memories with her. 💕 You have such a big and beautiful heart, Beverly. Glad to hear Cooper is getting the best care and love as he heals. Praying for your healing too.

Beverly I am so beyond sorry for your loss of your sweet cousin. What a blessing that you have so many sweet memories of laughter, sharing of clothing and time together over the years. God bless and be with you and your entire family. May the sweet memories always be a blessing and bring peace to your spirit.
So glad Cooper is doing well. Our pets can be such a comfort to our lives and extention of our family.
    Blessings on you, Jayne

I am so sorry for your loss! I grew up in the south (Chattanooga) and family is everything. Thank you for sharing memories! ❤️

Beverly, I’m so sorry for your loss. I also had two cousins that felt like sisters to me. We were very close in age, but I had many cousins that were at least 10 years older. I love my family and really miss those days. All of my aunts and uncles are gone and most of my cousins live elsewhere. I miss those picnics and holiday parties so much!😞🙏❤️

Thank you Catherine!❤️❤️❤️ Our cousins are kinda on the same area, some live far off, but we try to get together as a whole as much as we can

My daughter has 2 brothers so she has been blessed with four girl cousins who are her sisters! They range in age from 19-28 but when they get together, I swear they all revert back to 10 year olds. Laughing and giggling and goofy.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss and can imagine the hole that it leaves for the rest of you. I hope your beautiful memories give you peace.

That’s what we do! Lol! I’m so glad our families got together a lot when we were young. My mom had a huge family so there was always something going on

Thank you Shelly! I feel really bad for my cousin ( it was her older sister that passed). I’m closest to her, we look almost identical. She lost her son a few years back, we were pregnant together when I had Chase. It’s a very tough time for her especially.
