Friday Try-On Haul

I am back with another Friday Try-On and I am loving these looks! I am sharing some of my latest finds from Walmart, Amazon, and Pink Lily that are suitable for weekend wear or for business casual looks. These items will carry you through the spring and summer with style! Plus I am adding an extra tidbit from Target!

I am loving this Time and Tru wide-leg sweater set from Walmart, it was an “if-y” buy, and it’s one that I am glad I bought. This is a lightweight sweater material that is so chic and comfortable! I like the fact that I can swap it up and wear it with different pieces. This comes in more color options and fits TTS. Wear the cardigan open with a tank or buttoned up like I did. Wear it with heels for workwear or date night, or try it with white sneakers and a denim jacket for a relaxed weekend outfit. The set is under $25 and is totally worth it! See the sweater pant set here.

I styled the sweater/cardigan with the Free Assembly Tapered Belted Fatigue pants from Walmart to show versatile looks. The fatigue pants are cropped, with a tie waist belt that can be removed, and a tapered straight leg. I am wearing a medium in the pants for reference and they come in a dark navy color as well. These pants will be a cute addition to your spring wardrobe with sandals a tee on the weekend. See the pants here.

I rarely step out of my neutral comfort zone, so I decided to go all out with this colorful tiered dress by Scoop from Walmart. I honestly loved the color splashes, which surprised me, lol! This comes in a pretty blue also, if the orange is a bit much. It is a very pretty dress in person that is not overwhelming. I am wearing a large in this for reference, see the dress here.

If you love a comfortable dress that can be worn for multiple occasions, this ruched sleeveless knit dress may be an option for you. It has ruching through the body and comes in multiple colors. I am wearing a large in this dress and it fits perfectly. The good news is…this is on sale for $20 today! See the dress here. *this is an Amazon Best Seller

Jumpers were hugely popular last summer and they are coming in strong again this spring. I found this mocha-colored jumper from Pink Lily and styled it with a cute ruched sleeve blazer. Both items fit TTS; I am wearing a medium in the jumper and a large in the blazer for reference. See the jumper here and the blazer here. Use code FEBRUARY15 for 15% off your order. *More colors are available in both items.

Blazer // Jumper (more colors available) // Sandals // Crossbody // Bracelet

Have you tried a bodysuit yet? I decided to try one out and so far I am on the Yay side. I did size up in this because I do not care for form-fitting items that much, plus I thought I might need sizing up for length in the torso. See the bodysuit here and more color options. I styled it with a super-soft woven pair of joggers from Pink Lily that are definitely going to be faves! These fit TTS and I am wearing a medium for reference and they come in more colors. See the joggers here. Use code FEBRUARY15 to get 15% off your order.

I wanted to share this ballerina dress I purchased from Target last summer because it is back in stock! This is one of my go-to dresses for spring and summer and one of the most popular dresses from Target. It fits TTS, comes in multiple colors and it’s only $20! I had to reshare it because it’s that good! See the dress here.

I am loving the ballet dress! The bodysuit outfit is so me! I am so awkwardly shaped that I can never find a bodysuit that doesn’t cut into my hips where you can see it through the pants/skirt/shorts. Thanks mom for those genes!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Yeah, I’ve taken on a shape that’s not my norm here lately. The meds they have me on can have me swollen one day and normal the next. I just ordered me a new treadmill to get back to what worked for me in the past, plus going back on the FWTFL program. I think I’m going to like this treadmill, it has the video screen and trainers if needed. I do best focused and on a schedule with accountability! But the bodysuit fits great, make sure you order a size up though. Or it will be form fitting like a 20 year old😂😂
