Happy Hump Day! I am so excited about this post because I love showing how to style an ordinary piece multiple ways so you get more bang for your buck! I am sharing a few pieces from Old Navy, Target, Banana Republic Factory, and my all-time favorite leggings from Amazon. I haven’t styled leggings in a while, so when I got my new jacket and Puma sneakers in – it was a must share! Don’t we all wear leggings on the weekends in the cooler season or is it just me? LOL! Let me know which look you like best!

Here comes the fun! I am crushing on this quilted jacket from Old Navy! This is a medium-weight jacket that can be worn now through the winter and is a great option for wearing as a casual layering piece or to wear on repeat with your normal everyday outfits. This is a Best Seller and will sell out quick! I am wearing the Thyme To Pretend and a large for reference. This also comes in a gorgeous copper color, which is also trending this season. This jacket has a scoop neck and curved hem with comfortable stretch. I opted to style it with my Amazon leggings and new Puma sneakers (that I am in LOVE with them!). I found these Puma Softstide Slip-On sneakers and loved them because they were camo! Barry has a pair of camo sneakers and I have been on the hunt for a pair that I really liked for many months now. I am loving this waffle long-sleeve tee from Old Navy! It’s multifunctional and I am going to show you different ways you can wear it, from super casual to a but more dressier! Many of you love a great flannel and they are certainly trending for all age groups, and I found this gorgeous green plaid flannel at Target for only $20. This fits TTS and comes in more color options. I love to style a flannel wearing it around my waist or unbuttoned over a tee or tank. I love this pop of color with the leggings and with the light-washed denim jeans with the taupe Chelsea Boots. If that’s not your style, it is a gorgeous shirt to wear with jeans and sneakers or mules for a casual everyday outfit. Would you ever think to style a waffle tee with a cute skirt and boots? This look is super trendy this fall and I’m thinking I am loving it! I like this look even for my age, because I am covered with the taller boots and don’t feel like I’m “trying” to be younger than I am. Wearing new trends can be tricky after 40 and I am glad to find one that I can wear to dinner or for a family get-together and still be comfortable.
