Top Faves Of The Week + Sunday Inspiration 11-15-20

Another week has wrapped up, and I’m sharing the Top Faves from the blog and social media. Many of the things I shared last week were a huge hit with all of you! Some items I knew would be popular, and some items surprised me that they moved to the top so fast. What I do know…you girls love fashion as much as I do! My Sunday Inspiration section is at the bottom of the post for those that like to read the devotionals I share. Happy Sunday, ladies!

In the #1 spot was the Women’s Lounge V-Neck Pullover Sweater and Jogger Set. I was surprised these made the #1 spot since there were so many popular items this week. These are a great lounge set that can be worn around the house and out and about. The material is almost like a sweater-y feel, super comfortable, and will keep you snug as a bug this winter. See the sweater here, see the joggers here.

At #2 is the boot I am obsessing over! These Faux Suede Boots are hot and on the money! These have a lower heel for all-day comfort and also comes in black. You can also see it styled below with the burgundy cardigan. See the boot here. These are 35% off right now and they are going fast.

At #3 are my favorite cropped jeans. I have been grabbing these more times than I wish to admit! These are very comfortable, hits right above your boot, and has minimal distressing. These are on sale this weekend for only $25 and well worth it girls! The jean has stretch, and like I said, it is very comfortable to wear. Add a great sweater or cardigan for a cute Thanksgiving Day outfit. See them here.

Hello, #4! This Time and Tru Mixed-Stitch Sweater is a great addition to your winter wardrobe. This is a relaxed fit and comes in 4 color options. This cream styles well with black jeans and denim. Add a button-down underneath or a quilted vest for a cute everyday look. This sweater is only $17! See it here.

At #5 is the cutest Fair Isle sweater I have seen this season so far. This sweater comes in 4 different color patterns for a wintry feel. Add a turtleneck and a cute puffer vest for a weekend look. See the sweater here.

I am not surprised this gorgeous Funnel Neck Well Blend Coat made the Top Faves! It is a very nice coat for the money, and it is perfect to wear dressy or casual. One of the trends this year is wearing a wall coat with jeans and sneakers, and this one fits the bill! This Fits TTS and comes in regular, petite, and tall. See it here.

This gorgeous balloon sleeve cardigan made the list at #7! This is a gorgeous ribbed cardigan that is so flattering for any figure. This long cardigan elongates you to give you a slimmer look, plus this goes well with jeans, dresses, or skirts. This is under $17 and comes in 4 color options. See it here.

At #8 is the Chandey Bootie by The Limited, the pointed toe boot is the hottest shoe trend of fall, and this one is still climbing the blog stats! This is a great boot at a fantastic price point! Sunday Inspiration

Today I am sharing a short story devotion that I read this past week, it really hit home for me, and it may bring some comfort to you. Especially in the times that we are living in. It brought me comfort and a new sense of peace and freedom after I read it and pondered on it for a while. How true this is! I hope you enjoy this and thank you for stopping by the blog today. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!! XOXO

In the distance, Jane heard sirens and gunfire. While her body trembled sometimes at the noise, she wasn’t terrified. Her daddy was taking care of her.

One day at the playground someone said something very mean to Jane. The words stung. But then she smiled. Her daddy loved her.

Another time Jane messed up badly and broke a glass dish. She felt terrible—and so very clumsy. But her heart rested when she remembered that even so, her daddy still loved her.

At night, Jane curled up in bed and slept contentedly. She had no cause to fear. Her daddy was still awake.

She was at peace in her daddy’s care.

“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.” Psalm 121 (KJV)

God doesn’t promise everything will go our way or we won’t suffer (in fact, He warns we will have tribulations—John 16:33)—but He does promise to watch over us night and day, working all things for good (Romans 8:28). And despite how confident we are sometimes that we know what is best, God truly knows what is best—He sees eternity’s grand picture—and He is in charge of everything. We can be at peace in Him.

Good Morning Beverly! Thank you for sharing the top faces. I love them all lol.. I am absolutely encouraged by your devotional this morning. Just the other day I was telling my husband that I finally have peace and rest in The Lord no matter what news good or bad we may receive because he will allow trials and tribulations in our lives and I personally have gone through a lot the past few years up until recently and he has a reason and purpose for it and all he wants is for us to trust him moment by moment through it all. Thank you for sharing ♥️ Have a wonderful Sunday & we are having rain today here in Texas with a possible cool front coming. I hope so cause my sweaters and booties need me to wear them 😆

Why can’t I save an outfit pic to my files? I like to keep them in on a folder in my notebook. I can save the image to photos but can’t click on copy. It goes to the site the sweater is on like Walmart. I can on other blogs.

    Hi Beverly!!
Love the top five and I LOVE your spiritual message. I never knew my biological father and my step father was not a loving father to me at all. But my real FATHER has been with me snd He will never leave me and that has and still gives me so much comfort!! God has helped me through difficult times and continues.. He will never leave me or forsaken me. Thank you so much for that reminder!!! Donna from PA

Always love your style and posts. I also love how you show us ladies you don’t have to spend a fortune to look great and stylish. Keep the posts coming. Now it’s time to decorate our back patio for Christmas. If you do a little at a time it’s not so overwhelming. Have a great rest of your Sunday!

    • Beverly

Lol!! I have slowed down on the outside, however, you made me think I can decorate our back porch! Yay! I’m trying to keep the blog and fashion as realistic to prices and what we actually spend on clothing. I personally like getting a few pieces each month, so I have to be wise with the $$! Ha!! Thank you so much and I hope your patio turned out beautiful ❤️❤️

Haha I had to laugh at the Texas resident comment that we might get some cool weather. Well it did dip to 75 today and it does feel good here in the Houston area. I wish I could wear all those adorable warm weather clothes that you style. I so appreciate your budget friendly options and trendy looks. Your devotion today was right on and so love that there are believers out there proclaiming God’s love for us. We need this in these awful times.

    • Beverly

Hey Penny Jo!! Lol!! I have to say, I LOVE Houston! My son lived in Katy, TX for a while and we always went there when I visited. You made me giggle too about the weather. And yes girl, we are a real life blog, at least that’s my goal ha!! Thank you for the comment!! Made me giggle, be blessed young lady❤️
