Today I am sharing Holiday Deals from Walmart that are awesome gift ideas for nearly everyone on your list. This includes beauty, home, kitchen, electronics and more, so there is a little something in this post for everyone. For me, I always have the hardest time buying for the guys in my family, so I teamed up with my two brothers and they offered up a few suggestions form the Walmart Deals on some “approved gifts”. They are a few years older than me, so hopefully this may give you a little inspiration for your brothers, husbands or guy friends. Of course, I love them all! I love a refresh season for my home and wardrobe and when the big deals come around, I’m all in so I am ready for January when I start my reorganization for the home. Electronics or tech gifts are always big on everyone’s list, and I found quite a few items that were great buys. My brother’s both loved the Dash Cam for $29 (Full HD 1080) below in the graphic, which I thought was a great idea. When I traveled working outside of the home, this was one of the first things I purchased so I would have a record of my driving. My cousin was in a wreck years ago and was hit from the side on the interstate and the guy behind her had a dash cam which saved her from getting the ticket, so that inspired me to keep one in my car. Brooklyn had two picks that she loved and put in her letter to Santa, so these were BIG items for her (she’s 8 years old btw). She has been asking for the Meta Quest (Oculus) all-in-one VR headset since October and her other pick was the Soundcore Pofrtable Speaker…because she loves the color effect! *all items listed in carousel below each picture For the home is always a favorite of mine and it never fails every Christmas I get something for the home or kitchen…how about you? Hands down the Drew Barrymore 20-pc Ceramic Cookware Set is on my list and I hope my brothers are reading this! This cookware set comes in more colors (I love the blue) and is a top pick at Walmart! (It’s $80 off, YAY) Another gift approved idea from my brothers and myself is the Gotham Steel Smokeless Indoor Grill with Interchangeable Nonstick Griddle Insert, see it here. If you haven’t used one of these, they are great to have especially in the colder weather! I recently purchased 5 different body lotions that I am currently trying out for a beauty post and the Hempz Original Body Moisturizer is phenomenal! I have been shocked at how much I like this lotion, side note…I have never used the Hempz Moisturizer before. The smell is so wonderful, my skin stays more hydrated and at 53 years old, I’ve already seen a change in my skin from softnes to all day hydration. See the lotion here. *It has over 128K reviews! My most wished for item is the Shark HyperAir Fast Drying Blowdryer and is one of the most popular Holiday Deals in the Beauty category. Other faves are the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask, Colgate Optic White Overnight Teeth Whitening Pen (this works!), and the Chloe perfume…it’s one of my favorite perfumes! I love this 72″ Holiday Time Silver Shatterproof Christmas Ball Garland! My decorations are primarily white, silver, and gold, and this silver ball garland is not only gorgeous by itself, but I love it with the flocked garland for a mantlepiece or to make a gorgeous tablescape pop. Since I was in need of a new vacuum, this one seemed to have everything I was looking for, and boy did it deliver! First off – I had just vacuumed my area carpets two days earlier and look what that vacuum sucked up. Shocked was not the word…Ewww, was more like it! More Deals For The Home I converted part of my garage into a mini home gym this summer and wanted a tv so I could use my fitness apps. Instead of buying a new tv, I bought the Roku Streaming Stick 4H and it turned an old tv into a new smart tv! This is the easiest setup ever and it comes with a remote. These are in today’s sale and I highly recommend grabbing a few while they are half price (only $24)! See the Roku Stick here. If you already have a Roku TV, once you put the stick in…it will be the same. Another must-have is the JBL Flip 4 Waterproof Portable Bluetooth speaker. This little baby is a must-have for anyone who loves music, listens to podcasts, audio books, etc. The battery life is fabulous, the sound has the ability to rock your neighborhood, or a nice low volume for background music while you are cleaning, or taking in a little nature. I take this with me to the beach, we used it daily at the pool, and it goes with us on golf cart rides, nog to mention if we travel- it is always going with us. It is a purchase I do not regret and I have recommended it many times. The JBL Flip 4 is normally $99, but is now only $59! It’s a great gift idea for teens, young adults, and men. Cozy Movie Nights At Home

Holiday Brunch & Home Decor

Happy Friday everyone! Today on the blog we are talking about how I am making my life less stressful for the holidays, and how I pulled together a last minute girl’s brunch with ease. This is a busy time of the year and if you are like me, you want things to b e less stressful, all while pulling off the perfect get-together with family and friends. Walmart is my go-to for pre-made and pre-packaged foods that gives me extra time with my family and I can find everything I need from prep to presentation. I planned a last minute brunch with a few of my girlfriends and it was a huge hit! I made an easy and mouth-watering quiche that I am sharing below, but before we get to that…let’s talk about the good stuff. The finger foods and the home items I picked up! I am all about cute presentation and Walmart had everything I needed. I have been asking for this Pioneer Woman Cake Stand for the past three years, and Barry has yet to buy it, so I bought it myself and it is a must-have! it’s perfect for cakes, pies, cupcakes, or you can use it like I did and put those lovely croissants in. (I’m a bread and sweets girl…can you tell?) When I am planning my family or friend get-togethers I want it be fun, festive, and have food that is not only appealing, but is delicious. Food brings people together and sitting around the table enjoying a few appetizers, talking or reminiscing with our family is my kind of fun. These get-togethers are the types of memories and traditions I want to make for my kids and grandkids. And if I am being honest, every time the kids (or young people) in our family come over for the holidays, they always go for the food first thing. I know you moms and grandmas can totally relate! I love this tiered serving tray whenever I am hosting a get-together, it not only offers more space for food, it is appealing to the eye. I like to use tall items like the Cake Stand, medium to large serving dishes or bowls, tiered serving trays that keeps the eye moving and gives the appearance of making the table look full and vibrant. I topped my table off with the gorgeous garland with berries for added color and a “home for the holiday” vibe. Doesn’t it scream, come over and have a seat? I loved decorating my centerpiece and I think it really stood out with frosted greenery garland. You could add some candles and twinkle lights for a more eye-catching look. Someone once told me presentation is everything! What do you think? Presentation or the food? I’m stuck right in the middle between those two, although I do lean towards the food, lol! With the holidays approaching make your big and small get-togethers easy, like I did, with pre-made and pre-packaged foods from Walmart. From fruits to cheese trays and add some pre-made desserts for all your guests and keep them smiling. The holidays are stressful enough, so do like I do and let Walmart take some of the stress away! You can use a normal pie plate, but I think I liked the look much better in the casserole dish. Especially with the red dishes and white plate set! Loving that pop of color for the holidays!
