Ok, I use the minoxidil like normal and dab a pea size amount of the retinol where I can see it thinning, like around my forehead (temples) and my part, cause it seems to be getting wider lol

I was taking Biotin and Vitamin D. I stopped taking Biotin also. Could you do a post about menopause. Something to relieve hot flashes or as I like to call them “heat wave’s).
