I too have been dealing with back problems for 2 weeks now and as you know it is no fun. You may want to add to the list matches/lighter, candles, prescription or over the counter medications that you, family members, or pets may take regularly. Also, fill your car gas tank if you know that a storm is coming in case you need to evacuate. I lived in south Florida for 17 years and we always made sure to have supplies on hand.
