Ok, YES I do know what you are talking about because mine are the same way!! Ugggg!! First, it’s from losing muscle mass. Get some 2-5 lb weights and do a few sets each day. I will post what I am doing soon. 2nd, you need a really good lotion that will penetrate your skin. Try a diabetic ( Gold Bond) has a good one that I LOVE!! It’s affordable or you can get some from Rodan and Fields which is awesome, but it’s a tad expensive. I have it and use it, but it’s over $50 and I still find myself going back to the Gold Bond. I picked that up by mistake one day and love it. CeraVa is another good one too. Also add a collagen powder or liquid to your daily routine. In fact, I will post all this this week for everyone. My favorite is the camo joggers and hoodie. I also like the little polka dot dress. I would like to ask for some help from you or your readers. I’m 64 thin medium build. My skin texture is changing and I am so self conscious of my chicken skin you know creepy skin on my upper arms. I hate wearing tee shirts or sleeveless as I find my arms to be quite ugly. 3/4 length summer shirts are hard to find. I use wrinkle cream on the area and a tan helps hide them but I also know sun damage causes them. Anyone know what I am talking about? Can anyone help.
