Kelly there are times I wish I couldn’t eat sweets because then maybe I would feel better and be a couple inches thinner…LOL Yes, we have had a fun time at the fair…our boys participated as soon as they were able with hogs for their project so we are use to the fair and we try and still go to support it as it’s sometimes hard for county fairs to bring in entertainment and carnivals to keep them going. And..you can never go wrong with the church stand fair food. The country music concert last night was a little more rock country then mellow so that ages us since we thought it was too loud…ha! Beverly maybe I will use regular pudding just so I follow YOUR recipe before trying to adjust it. And..I know they say to eat “regular” versus fat free and sugar free now so maybe regular is the way to go. I forgot to tell you that I too have a kitchen aid and never use a hand mixer as it’s just so much easier with my big one. Since it does take up room on the counters, I keep it underneath and figure it’s good “weight” exercise having to lift it onto the counter 🙂 And you are right Beverly…the guys do seem to enjoy being taste testers! That’s funny that Barry likes to lick the bowl. I never did that when I was growing up thus never suggested that to our boys so they also didn’t get into that and neither is terry. Funny how we each have our little pleasures.

This looks very similar to my recipe for the triple chocolate bundt cake with chocolate drizzle. I may have to try this sometime and ask Troy to decide which he likes best. I can’t eat any sweets so I have to rely on my “official taste tester” 😉 I do have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer in black and use it quite often but for quick recipes like the bundt cake I just use my hand mixer.
