Happy Thursday ladies! I am all about a quick meal that tastes like I spent all day in the kitchen. As you know, I like recipes that are quick and easy, I’m all about 6 ingredients or less. I have a hectic schedule and squeezing a good meal in is important, but it has to be super simple and tastes really good! (Good like, the fam is going back for seconds!) If your schedule is like that, then I have a recipe that is super tasty! Let me start out by divulging some truths. I cannot cook pork chops unless I fry them and we don’t do fried very much anymore. No matter what I do or how I have cooked the chops, they are dry and honestly not good enough for the dogs. My family somehow washes them down with plenty of water and tea, but I feel horrible every time I try to fix them. My husband bought a huge pack of meats and you guessed it, pork chops were in the bundle. These pork chops have sat in my freezer for over a month – so I decided to give it another try. You know I am not going to share something that isn’t easy and if I share – it will be put on the “rotation list” of meals to fix. So here we go… These are gonna make your grandma mad….just saying! Ingredients: 1 pack of pork chops – bone-in or boneless (I used a 6 pack of assorted) 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup 1 packet of Dry Ranch Dressing Mix Instructions: Layer your pork chops in a larger crockpot (you do not have to spray the bottom unless you want to). Empty the Cream of Chicken Soup over the top of the pork chops then sprinkle the Dry Ranch Dressing Mix over the top. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 6 hours. I stirred the gravy around a bit around the 3rd hour, I cooked mine on High for 4 hours. The gravy is “holy smokes” grab some mashed potatoes because you can’t let that gravy go to waste! I thought I would taste the ranch mix, but the only thing you taste is Mmmmm, Mmmmm, Good! Seriously girls, I was so excited that I had found a way to cook pork chops that were tender and tasted good! It only took 50 years, but it was worth the wait. LOL! **pictures courtesy of Google Today I am focusing on washing baseboards, ceiling fans, and washing all the cabinets and doors down. Not a fun day, huh? What are you girls up to? Ladies, I’m not lying about this recipe – it is lip-smacking good! So try it and let me know how you like it. Or if you have tried this before, drop a comment below! Thanks for stopping by the blog today and I hope you girls have a great Thursday! I have a surprise for you tomorrow so be sure to pop in and check it out! Happy Thursday!
