Have you ever looked in your closet and thought, “I needed some color?”. I think we all have thought that from time to time, but it seems those neutrals are always upfront and always on repeat for me. I love blacks and whites, but I think the “khaki” color is a neutral we sometimes ignore. Whether it is the lightest stone color, beige, or a darker khaki…it is one of the easiest colors to style. Today I am sharing 6 looks for all the neutral khaki lovers. Let me know which outfit you like best! I found these cute knit wide-leg cropped pants by Time and Tru walking through my local Walmart. They were not that appealing on the hanger, but I thought I would give them a try since they were under $17. To my surprise, they are some of the most comfortable pants I have tried this summer. They are extremely soft and lightweight, have a smocked waist, relaxed fit, and come in multiple colors and patterns. See the pants here. These can easily be dressed up for work or worn casually on the weekend. See how I styled them below. Don’t overlook the cute and comfortable Time and Tru crochet trim tank. This was another item that wasn’t jumping out at me, but once I got it home and tried it on….and oh, it was so worth the $11! LOL! I have worn this tank repeatedly and love how it can be worn with joggers, shorts, or I can dress it up like I did with these cropped knit pants with a cute kimono. The tank is a relaxed fit and fits TTS. (I am wearing a medium in both the pants and top for reference). The top comes in multiple color options, see the tank here. This would also look super chic with a denim jacket or cute blazer for a night out with the hubs! Want a more casual look? I decided to style it with a chambray button-down and I added the crochet bucket bag that seems to pair with everything! One of my looks this week was this outfit. I styled the crochet trim tank with cropped straight twill pants, cognac sandals, and a white handbag. The twill cropped pants from Aeropostale, are a slim fit, and I sized up for a looser look. I am wearing a size 10, my normal size is 8. The looser look is more flattering for me than the tighter slim fit, or at least I think so, lol. These are only $15 right now and I’m not sure how long the sale will be going on. They are a cargo-style jogger with pockets, a tie-waist, and are a pull-on style. These come in multiple colors and are 50% off and you can get an extra 15% off at checkout! I am wearing a medium in the joggers, see them here. These are on my rotation list also and are some of my ” most worn” summer pants. I am loving this look with the Birkenstocks! We all love a laid-back, comfy casual look, so I had to include the beloved Bermuda shorts. Before we talk about the shorts, we must talk about the Dog Mom tee! I couldn’t pass this tee up and if you are a dog mom, you know why! 😜 The tee is under $10 and it’s perfect to wear when Ziva and I are out grabbing a coffee in the Jeep. (She LOVES a pup cup, ha!) This is a Junior tee, so I sized up one size to an XL and it fits very loose and relaxed. If you like your tees to be more fitted, buy your regular size. See the tee here.
