Butterscotch morsels can substituted for any flavor you desire.

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Moist Cake Mix (yellow)
  • 11 oz butterscotch morsels
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  1. Mix pudding mix until thickened; stir in dry cake mix. Pour into sprayed 9×13 pan. Top with morsels and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Best when made there day before serving.

  • 1 Box Butter Flavored Cake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 9 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 Large Can of Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 Large can of Crushed Pineapple
  1. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with juice together. Pour into 3 9-inch cake pans and bake at 350 degrees in oven for 20 minutes. Let Cool.

    Mix pineapple with juice and pudding mix. Stir in Cool Whip topping. Spread between layers and on top. Refrigerator overnight.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup flour (any kind is fine)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  1. Mix all ingredients  together. bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden brown. **Ingredients can be double for a fluffier cake – you also can add icing of your choice on top, if desired **

 

My Mom's Old Timey Biscuit Pudding Recipe

  • 10 Butter Biscuits -reg size
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  1. Mix everything together and bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes or until done. Check after 15 minutes with a toothpick, continue ever 5 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
