My Son has Vertigo and it really knocked him for a loop a year ago. Was in the hospital for 3 days. Can’t explain it but it has something to do with these Crystals we have in our inner ears. Lots of treatments but he finds that visiting his chiropractor its been better. See a good ENT

Sorry to hear about your vertigo. I am a sufferer myself. Had a two-week bout with it in early May. A vestibular Physical Therapist has helped me.

A few of my co-workers have been stricken with vertigo. One was told by her doctor to eliminate sugar from her diet. Said it was hard to do but made a huge improvement.

I experienced vertigo about 8 years ago. I was not fun. My doctor suggested lessening sodium in the diet. It helped and I’ve had no issues since. Glad you are feeling better.
