In reply to Connie. Hey Connie!! Thank you for the prayers!! As far as trying to stay at a comfortable weight, I am a walker. I walk about 3 miles everyday no matter what and I do a 20 minute Pilates workout about 3 times a week. My mom has lost so much muscle mass as she’s gotten older it has made me realize that I need to keep my muscle mass built up and keep limber. She has went through it for the last year and it has really opened my eyes for my own health. Happy Memorial Weekend!

We will be praying for your Mom, my Mom suffers from back issues too and it is heartbreaking…. Really stops them from enjoying their normal activities . Hope your Mom feels better soon!

I think that helps people who are struggling with some mental health issues to see that everybody goes through strife and we have to just keep struggling and looking toward the Lord & we will be blessed. Praying for your mom! You look amazing in all the outfits! I love the V-neck dress! I’m loving the Sunflower color as it will look good with all the lemons on the Amalfi Coast!
