I normally wear a camisole or half slip. I tuck the straps of the cami into the sides, but I wear a fitted cami so nothing slides. I also use the sticky bras you can get at Walmart.

Hey Mary!! Ok. I am broader in the shoulders, mainly since I gained a few lbs from staying in during the Vid 🤦🏻‍♀️ So I tend to need the large for the breast/chest area. I’m not a big fan of my arms either. Oh my gosh, seems that is the first thing I noticed when I started getting older. I am starting to work on building muscle in my arms and legs though. It’s been a struggle 😂

Bev it would help me if you told your usual size in tops. I like the blue Jean jacket on you but it looks largish? Do you like your tops on the larger size? Are you broad shouldered? I’m small shoulders and only 5’3”.
