Summer Style With Target
It’s heating up here in North Carolina and I have been on the hunt for some cute additions to add to my summer wardrobe. With the weather being muggy, humid, and hot…I am looking for items that will keep me cool, easy to move in, and hopefully find items that I can wear into fall by adding a jacket or cardigan. I found some adorable dresses and jumpers at Target that are all on sale, and I mean a HUGE sale! Today is all about summer fashion that won’t break the bank, which is my favorite kind, lol! Check out my latest finds and let me know what you think!
If you want a great fitting dress, one that is super cute, made well, and the material is awesome – then you will want to take a look at this cute dress that I have moved to the front of my “repeat’ dresses! Hold on to your horses because this dress is on sale for only $9! it’s made by A New Day with a relaxed silhouette and can easily be worn for lunch dates or dressed up for work. This little cutie will take you right on into fall; just add a cardigan or jacket styled with booties or sneakers! It fits TTS, and I am wearing a large in this dress for extra length (I am 5’7″ and normally wear a medium). I am loving the wider cut shoulders also! It gives it a different look that’s not like a regular t-shirt dress; do you think some of the 80’s looks might be coming back around? This comes in multiple colors, see the dress here. I shared a few pictures on social media this week and I was bombarded in my inbox asking about my sandals, so I am sharing them with you girls since they were such a hit! These sandals are by Michael Kors and were my splurge for this month (my splurge was under $90, so it wasn’t much of a splurge, lol). This color is called luggage, but you will love the black in these sandals just as much. They are super chic and the padding in the footbed is awesome! I sized up 1/2 size in these and they fit perfectly. See the sandal here.
I picked this jumper up on a whim and had few expectations of how it would look. To be honest, I thought this would be a huge fail, but when I put it on with a tank underneath, I fell in love! This is roomy, non-restricting, super cute with a tank or tee underneath, and can easily be worn with sandals, sneakers, or your favorite Birkenstocks! Dress it up by adding accessories, a cute pair of strappy sandals or wedges, and style it into the fall with a fabulous moto jacket for a super chic look! These are trending right now and the stock was very low, so I added in some similar jumpers in the carousel below. These sandals match the olive perfectly! When I pulled this dress out of the bag, Brooklyn’s little eyes lit up – she is a huge tie-dye fan! I must admit, I was a bit hesitant at first, but I am absolutely loving this comfy dress! The fabric is super soft and stretchy and fits TTS. I am wearing a medium for reference. This comes in four more color options and is under $20! I recently bought a pair of Birkenstocks and I am so glad I listened to you girls because I LOVE these shoes! The more I wear them, the more comfortable they are, so thank you for the fashion tip! I love them with this cute mellow yellow Ikat print tiered dress. This has a v-neck opening and comes in two more color options. Loving this cute boho look! Wow, you have a lot going on all at once! It has been crazy with us here too. I had to cancel a dental appt to get my last 3 amalgam (mercury) fillings out because I got some sort of respiratory crud. I got blood work results back and found out that my cholesterol is crazy high which baffles me and my doctor because I eat so clean and well. She said that thankfully my good cholesterol is also high and that is what has probably kept me from having a heart attack. Also found out that I have some hormonal stuff going on which may be why the cholesterol is off. Troy has been sick as well so things have been crazy around here. I am praying for you and all of your family. Hopefully things will calm down in both of our households and everyone will soon be well. I agree with Brooklyn and really love the tie-dye dress 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend and I look forward to hearing from you on Monday!

Hey Renee! Thank you for following!! I prefer the sticky bras you can get from Walmart. I’m almost a C cup and they wear great for me. I don’t like strapless bras, they always felt like they were slipping down. So when I found the adhesive bras, I was sold!! And they stick!! ❤️❤️
