4 Looks With Must-Have Shorts From Walmart

Today I am bringing you a fantastic Walmart Find! Most of you know that I love to walk during the day and I am always looking for comfortable shorts that can be worn walking or lounging around the house. I have found a pair that I am absolutely loving, in fact, I love them so much I have one in every color! As the weather is warming up, I am sure many of us will be getting outside more and enjoying the summer. These commuter shorts are a great option for walking or wearing with a cute tee or sweatshirt to watch your child’s or grandchild’s ball game. These are only $12 and fit TTS (true to size). I am wearing a medium for reference.

First up in the Commuter Shorts is the color Wisteria, it’s very close to a lilac color. These shorts are by Avia and are a pull-on style with a very relaxed waistband and side pockets that are deep enough to put an iPhone 12 in (that was a plus for me, lol). I styled them with a textured top that is also from Walmart. This is a super soft top with split sides and a v-neck neckline. I am wearing a large but could have easily worn my regular medium. I wanted a looser top to wear over tanks and I wanted a top that could be tied at the waist for a relaxed look.

The olive shorts are super cute with this chocolate tank from Target. The tank fits TTS, and I am wearing a medium in both pieces for reference. The tank comes in multiple color options and sizes. See the tank here.

Add a high-neck tank from Old Navy to wear to the gym or for hanging around the house. I’m not going to lie to you girls…I have worn these shorts to bed with a tank, and they wore just as good as my knot jammies! (I obviously need to wash clothes more, lol) My sneakers are the Beaya by New Balance and are a slip-on style sneaker. The blush color is sold out, but they are available in white, ocean gray, and black. See them here. I have added similar blush sneakers in the carousel below.

If you picked up the Slub Terry Jacket from Talbots, you can style them with these shorts for a relaxed leisure look. Many of us have kids or grandkids that are playing sports and will need a light jacket. I remember sitting on bleachers watching my kids play baseball or softball and after the sun went down, I needed a pure blanket at times! This jacket has been one of the most popular items for a few weeks on the blog and is a great option for Spring weather that can be cool one day and hot the next. See the jacket here.
