My Picks For Aging and Thinning Hair

Most of you know that I was a hairdresser years ago, and I have a passion for hair products and easy ways to fix your hair. I have tried so many products over the years and some have been awesome and some were duds! These are my top picks for thinning hair and products to give you back healthy hair from heat and color treatments. As I am going through menopause, I am noticing that my hair is thinning out some and my part seems to be getting wider. I am upping my game and using thickening shampoo and conditioner and a peptide serum for hair density. Another item that women over 40 should be taking is Biotin to help with hair growth, aging skins, and brittle nails. These are the vitamins that I take daily. These are the products that I have used for years or new products that I have discovered recently. If you haven’t tried the Setting Spray below, you may want to put that in your cart…it is awesome!

The brow pencil and lightweight foundation gets my attention. I haven’t worn make up in years but I think I’d like to try it. What shade of brow pencil do you suggest for silver hair? Taupe maybe.

I would go with the taupe, you can be gentle snd go light it build it up. The brows will lift your face and give you a youthful appearance. The younger girls go too harsh for me, I’m a subtle kinda girl lol

Hi Beverly, have you used or would you recommend a microcurrent device or a LED mask, or either? I’ve seen so many completely different reviews and would only be able to purchase one….if either is worth it. I’m too frugal (poor) for Botox or injections and want to age as gracefully as possible, but wouldn’t mind a little help. I trust your advice 100% and appreciate your help.❤️

Happy Friday! I just recently had my hair highlighted and this post came at a perfect time as I’m looking for color treated hair products. I think I’m going to try the amika brand. Especially with the sale that’s going on. Also I’m looking for a good facial line like cleansers, exfoliate, day & night cream. Has anyone tried OLAY? I use their moisturizer with spf and so far I like it but never tried their whole line of facial. Have a good day and thank you for sharing your faves. Gives me ideas on nee brands to try. ♥️☺️
