I had my gallbladder out several years ago. I had an attack while walking in the beach and was rushed to the emergency room full of sand! It’s quite a story but all is well now. Glad to hear you mom made it through her surgery with flying colors! My husband had his gall bladder taken out a few years ago, but still has “phantom” flare ups on rare occasion – usually if he eats something too rich/fatty, but otherwise life is much better without that angry little gall bladder! Hope your mom has a quick and complete recovery!
