5 Outfits That Scream Winter

Today I am showing a few pieces to get you ready for the upcoming winter season. Some of us are still not quite there, but it is surely coming. I also wanted to get these items out on the blog so you can take advantage of the great deals going on this weekend. So get ready! We are looking at sweaters, vests, cozy coats, and more!

Let’s talk about this Fair Isle sweater for just a moment…oh my gah! Girls, I am loving this one better than any I have found so far. This is from Talbots and it’s 40% off. This is a little more expensive than I normally show at $53, it is not a huge splurge, but certainly worth every penny. It’s made very well and it will surely hold up over the years. I wanted to show these Sports Waterproof Mid-Calf Boot with Faux Fur trim because, well…I’m in love with them! These come in several color options, they are on sale for only $67, and they are on Flexpay for only $22! See the boot here.

I found this Croft & Barrow vest at Kohl’s and out of all my vests, this has got to be my favorite and most comfortable to wear throughout the day. You can style this in multiple ways. I styled it with this red sweater from Walmart to give you another option for a cozy affordable outfit that won’t break the bank!

While I’m showing winter cozy outfits, let me show this Arctic Expedition Quilted Down Coat. This is a special value at QVC and is only $129. This retails around $300 and is an extremely nice winter coat. This is also available for 5 easy pays for only $25. It’s a fantastic buy and it is a purchase you will NOT regret!

This is a fantastic coat for those of you that are in colder areas.     I hope you are still enjoying the holiday weekend. I picked up the animal print sweater yesterday that I ordered from Target for only $10 and I love it. Today has been an interesting day. I was scheduled to work 10-2. At about 11:00 our manager called and said that we had to close the Library, go home and cannot return until all of the employees have been tested for Covid. It seems that the cleaning lady’s husband has tested positive and now she is experiencing symptoms. Neither me or the woman that I was working with this morning have been there since Tuesday and the woman cleaned Tuesday night. If we had found out sooner and didn’t go in then we could have avoided having to get tested. Oh well! What a year this has been! My oldest daughter, Nichole shares the same birthday as Chase. She will be 40 on Monday, yikes! I don’t know where the time has gone and I cannot believe that my child will be 40. I hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend and get your computer issues worked out soon. 🙂

      Wow! That same thing happened to us when I worked at the clinic. The cleaning crew got it and we closed down, although I think I was just going out with mono and had been tested for Covid. It’s been a crazy year for sure! Snd how about our kids birthdays!! Cool!! You have a great day Kelly!! Rest up girlie ❤️❤️

    Good Evening! Just got home today from traveling to Austin Tx area to have Thanksgiving with family yesterday. It has been raining non stop but temp has dropped making it cooler here in Texas. YAY!! Super exhausted.. Wow I love those boots and always wanted to know how they would look on me? Lol.. I will have to try and I will definitely have to get me a $10 Target sweater. You always look great in every single outfit you style. Thank you for sharing and hope you get your Internet issue resolved. My phone froze up on me few days ago and ALL my text messages magically disappeared. Weird. Never was able to recover them. Have a great rest of your weekend ☺️

      Hey!! Something is definitely going on with the network around here. Chase first noticed it, then I noticed my phone would not load. I wonder if it’s from everyone being online? Who knows!!
