Try-On Haul Friday!

I’ve been shopping the Belk Sale this week and got lots of cute items, and today I am sharing a few of them. The last day to get in on the sale is 10/31, so let’s get those deals! This sweater fits so well and has a very flattering flow. It is a slightly oversized look with dolman sleeves with a hi-lo hem. I love a great longer tunic that I can wear around the house and especially with my leggings. Working from home, I like to be in total comfort! I have been out shopping a little bit here lately, and I see hot pink everywhere. In winter coats, vests, and sweaters, it’s everywhere, and I am loving it! Have you noticed in some of my posts, I will style a long jean to cuff, and now a larger size in petite to get the fit I am looking for? That is a trick we learned while in fashion “school”.

Are you going skiing this winter? We try to get up to the mountains every year. We don’t ski much anymore, but we love to tube! This will be an outfit that I will wear while hanging around chatting and drinking cocoa or coffee for me and warm apple cider for Barry. The kids still LOVE to get together and play family board games when we head up for our yearly trip. Did you know Brooklyn has almost mastered skiing? I can’t do a try-on without offering a great winter coat. This is a mid-length quilted coat with a hood and comes in a gorgeous black. I am wearing the Millstone color, it is a gorgeous khaki/gold color, and it really pops with the black turtleneck! This fits TTS, and I am wearing a medium for reference.
