3 Summer Outfits To Try

As we enter into the hot, humid, and muggy months of summer, staying cool and comfortable is at the top of the list for me. Items to wear to stay cool and stylish are dresses, shorts, or ankle pants that breathe during the hot months. Mix and match colors and different patterns for fun and flirty looks for the summer. Below are 3 summer outfits that I have been loving this summer!

I am starting to like a longer short as I get older and I really love the Bermuda style shorts. These are Amazon Essentials, but sell out quickly online. See all the color options for the Amazon brand here, but know that these are VERY limited. I have linked a few alternatives below for you. I added a white button-down top (on sale for less than $13- see it here) with my Bermuda’s and added a straw bag and sandals for a casual chic, weekend look. Nothing says summer like a white dress! This dress fits a little loose, but is super comfy! I have this dress in two colors and I am loving them both. You know…Barry has yet to notice that they are the same dress but different colors ha! The dress comes with a subtle split neckline for easy layering under jackets, button-ups, or cardigans for different looks. This Fits TTS, see it here. Have you thought about trying the hottest sandals this summer? These Travel Sandals by Steve Madden are SUPER fun to wear and look great with skirts, shorts, and jeans. A striped tee can be used with so many styles that really make an outfit stand out. I styled a striped tee with these gorgeous green pull-on ankle pants for a bright summery look. These items are non longer available, but I found some great alternatives (made by the same brand) and added them to the carousel below. The sandals are by Vince Camuto and called the Vazista Sandal. I would size cup a half size ion this sandal if I were buying them again. These come in 4 other color options. A great sandal for the summer, see them here.

Of course, we all have our “at home” clothes that are comfy and casual, but sometimes we have to pull an outfit together for running errands, or brunch with friends. These are some of the outfits that I love wearing to stay cool and pulled together. Which outfit do you like best?
