Weekend Outfit For The Modern Woman
As I have grown older I have found out that 50 is not old at all. When I was younger I certainly thought it was, but now that I’m here – it is far from being old and frumpy. The modern 40, 50, or 60 years old is not the same as our grandparents. We feel young in our bodies and we’re not ready to dress like our grandmothers did – so today I’m sharing an outfit every woman can wear no matter what the age!
My mom told me when I was going through my divorce, that I should smile through the tears and praise Him through the pain. At 26, I wasn’t down with that at all, I just wanted to feel better, but as I got older I can see where Mom had more wisdom than I ever gave her credit for at 26. Today I took her advice…see below ha!
You girls may remember this cute textured halter top from this post, and I decided to style it with these cute black soft joggers. This top is on sale at 60% OFF for only $16. It fits TTS, I am wearing a medium, and it can be tucked in or untucked for a romantic flowy look.

The last time I styled these joggers, the links were not working for some reason. They are now fixed! I bought my regular size in this sandal and it Fits TTS. These are a cute sandal to wear with jeans or shorts, they certainly stand out and make a statement.
