Spring Dress Try-On Haul

I have been looking forward to this post all week! This is my first post dedicated to Spring dresses and I have had a ball trying on different dresses for casual wear or workwear. I am showing dresses that can be worn for a weekend get-together, church or a casual Friday look.

I want to share this Crown and Ivy dress first because it is my favorite of all of these dresses. This ruffle neck seersucker dress has cute flamingos on it and has been a huge hit on all social media platforms since this weekend. I like this for many reasons and one reason is you can wear a regular bra with this cutie! The ruffle across the chest and the flamingos (and pockets… let’s not forget the pockets!) make this dress a winner! It fits TTS and I am wearing a medium for reference. Check out this dress here.

If you are looking for a casual/chic spring dress, this one is a keeper! It has pockets and a cute v-neck with ruffle detail that makes this dress stand out. Plus the color is “hello summer”!! This comes in a gorgeous yellow and navy also. I picked this dress to show mainly because of the comfort. This dress was so soft and comfy, it will surely be worn a lot! Isn’t that pink color so cute? See the dress here.

This sassy dress comes with a special punch! The back is a crisscrossed design with a sassy keyhole detail and is perfect for a spring or summer lunch or a weekend get-together. This comes in this gorgeous green and a pretty pink color also. It fits TTS and hits about 2 inches above my knee. See the dress here.

This sleeveless smocked beck shift dress really caught my eye with these bright colors. The green really pops against the black and the smocked detail makes the dress look so feminine! This is a cute dress for workwear or the weekend, pair it with a cute cardigan and wedges for chilly nights for a different look! Fits TTS, I am wearing a medium for reference. See it here.

I tried on this dress in the navy in a try-on a while back and decided I would try on the white and let you see the detail better. I loved this eyelet dress…oh my gah! I am in love with the fit and look of this Crown and Ivy dress. It has pockets, which is a winner for me and it’s not too short or too long. I am 5’7″ and it hits me about 3 inches above the knee. It comes in navy and green also, see it here. Doesn’t it look cute with the cognac sandals?

I showed this cute dress in Sunday’s post and it was a big hit that day. I have been trying on dresses for Easter and I absolutely loved this one. It has small blue polka dots with a sheer side waist tie – I think it screams Easter! It fits TTs, I am wearing a size 10 in this, which I normally wear a 10 in dresses because I have wider shoulders. Check out this dress here.

Let me know what you think about the dresses! I can’t wait to hear what your thoughts are since this was my first post dedicated to spring dresses. I am off to work a little today then we are picking up Cooper from the vet. Cooper is our Chorkie, he is about 5 lbs and a feisty little fellow. We decided to have him fixed since the vet has been pushing us towards that, she says it will calm him down a bit – so we will see! Anyone reading know if this will help? I missed him so bad last night and I was worried he was homesick and wondering where I was. I know all you dog mom’s know what I am feeling! Let me know your thoughts!! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you girls have a great day! Stay safe ladies!!

Have a blessed day!

Girl, Girl, Girl….you can wear anything Beverly. This is a tough choice to pick out my favorite….ugh. You look fabulous in the coral. You look great in all of them. The green check is adorable. The shift dress has a flirtatious flair to it. Keep up the good choices on your blog. I look forward to these bright and cheery colors during this unknown season of our country. I am thanking God that my husband (myself too) and our blended family are doing good despite what is going around us. I keep praying for all those that are affected by the virus and all the ones in TN trying to recover from the tornados. Have a great Wednesday. ~Lisa~

Good morning! I like all of these but my favorites are the first 3. I don’t wear dresses much anymore and if I do then it is typically a long one to cover my legs. One of the features that I love and that most of these featured is that they have pockets. I am a pocket kind of girl! 😉 Have a wonderful day!!

Very cute dresses! One of my very favorite parts of summer (and spring here in NC!) is sleeveless tops and dresses! Finally a chance to show off all those arm workouts haha! 🙂

I’m sure Cooper will be happy to be back home!
