Try-On Haul Part 1: Loft and NY&Co

I have been looking for staple items for my wardrobe and looking to add a few spring pieces to update my closet. I found a few things I am loving at The Loft Outlet (up to 60% off sale) and NY & Co Outlet. Some are for work, church or to dress up for a brunch or date night and I am loving them! The colors coming out are so bright, fresh and makes me want Spring to come on! How about you girls? Are y’all ready for warmer weather and longer days yet?

While we were out and about on our girl’s day, we stopped in at the outlets and shopped till we dropped. The first thing I see when I walked in was this red belted trench coat and I had to try it on. This runs a bit small in my opinion, I am wearing a medium but would feel more comfortable in a large with clothing underneath. This comes in 5 different color options and will dress an ordinary outfit up in a flash. See it here. Doesn’t that red pop though!?

A trend that is still going strong is the blazer, no matter if it’s shorter or longer, they are still popular right now. This is the Madie Blazer and it is hip length and super cute. I loved it with my outfit and decided to grab one up for church or going out. These come in different colors and I ultimately decided to get a black one to go with more outfits. The blouse I am wearing underneath is a V-neck chiffon sleeve top. This is on sale for 42% off for only $29. It comes in 8 color options, fits TTS and is VERY flattering on! It surprised me how cute it was, I thought I snapped a picture, but I could not find it on my phone. See the blouse here.

While at the Loft Outlet I found this bright and cute twist neck striped sleeveless top. The colors are more vibrant in person than they are online and will look fabulous with denim or white jeans. It’s also a cute addition for workwear, church, or a date night! This would be so cute with a pair of white cropped jeans and wedges this Spring! If you have been following for a while, you may have seen me style a pair of cargo joggers like these in olive last year. They were some of the most popular pants on the blog last year and this year they are back in brown, olive, navy and this milky tan color. If you haven’t tried a pair of Loft joggers, you must try some! I have 3 pairs now, that’s how great these pants wear. They fit TTS, I am wearing an 8, see them here. I love a great casual and super soft sweatshirt and this one certainly delivered. This navy hoodie (looks like a lighter navy in the dressing room light) is on sale, has a v-neck and fits TTS. I start my new little job Monday…Eeek!! I’m kind of excited to be getting out of the house a few days a week and actually have a little interaction with people. You never know how much you miss that interaction until you are home and all your friends are at work. You girls were my saving grace!
