Wow!! You guys are really catching bugs bless your heart!! I hope it continues to get better and I can get back to work, this is for the birds!! I never thought how bad it was when people would say they have it—until now!! They said it was gastric vertigo. That’s why I couldn’t keep anything on my stomach. So crazy!! And I’m so over it!! Troy and I have had some sort of what we thought was a stomach virus so I started to up my intake of probiotics, took some activated charcoal capsules and did drops of essential oil in my navel for the nausea. I started to feel better then we both got hit with body aches, chills, headache, sore throat etc. Not sure if it the same virus or something that we got because our immune system was already low from the first stuff. Tired of feeling bad! I too have vertigo due to a vehicle accident that I was in years ago. Fortunately I have become accustomed to it so I don’t really notice it unless I get a head cold or something going on with my sinuses. It is definitely one of the worst feeling when your mind wants to do everyday things but your body and health won’t cooperate. It makes me all the more thankful when I have good health days that’s for sure! I am praying that you continue to improve and have a great upcoming week!!
