Crown & Ivy Try-On Haul at 50% OFF

Happy Saturday! Wow! What a week, so many unexpected surprises for me this week. Brooklyn popped in early on Friday and my time got caught up in her, so I missed posting yesterday. We have had to do some major shopping to update our wardrobe because most of our clothes are too big since we have been on the FASTer Way To Fat Loss program.

Crown and Ivy is a very popular higher end brand in the Southern states and if you have not tried out the line…it will not disappoint! Honestly, I would see the clothes and walk on by because I’m kind of a tightwad when it comes to casual spending. I would rather buy affordable fashion and get more. I have never owned a Crown & Ivy dress…until NOW! I slipped this Sleeveless Embellished Neck Kurta Dress on and I absolutely loved the way it wore. It hangs perfect, not clingy at all and the material is so perfect for work or church. Pair a cute cardigan in teal, white or even a yellow and it is a perfect bright Summer dress. I got this one to wear to the beach with flip flops or sandals when we got out to eat. When I was showing Brooklyn the pictures that were going on the blog, she picked this as her favorite. To my surprise, her dad chimed in and said it was his favorite too. Although, he said the denim shorts and gingham long sleeve shirt (see below) “looked” more like me LOL! Let’s talk about the cropped jeans really quick! Oh my gosh, I don’t usually fall in love with jeans, especially colored jeans, but this are worth gushing about! These come in a few other colors, but the navy just spoke to me HA! I don;t normally have jeans “speaking” to me, but these kind of barked! These are good quality thicker jeans that have plenty of stretch in them. I am going back tomorrow to get the pebble color. I have about worn my khaki croppe pants out and these will be a gret substitute! See them HERE. These come in sizes 2-16, slim fit, and a 28″ inseam. I love ankle pants!! They look so cute with booties, sandals, tennis shoes…you really can’t go wrong buying a pair!

This 3/4 Sleeve Y Neck Peasant Blouse is perfect for Summer and Fall! Something was drawing me to it, I do not normally buy tops like these, but I figured I would step out of my comfort zone and try something different. I’m glad I did, as soon as I put it on, I knew I was keeping this one! The colors are Jade/Navy and the detail stripes down the front and back of this top really make this one stand out! It’s only $29.75 right now and if you can wear greens and blues – you are going to love the way this blouse looks on you! It comes in Sizes XS-XXL, it’s made from cotton/polyester. When we walked in this long short sleeve cardigan was the first thing I saw and yes, it was the first thing I picked up. I love the pastel color! It’s so new it was not online, well, I could not find it online so I found some alternatives belwo in the STP. Isn’t this cute with the Bermuda shorts? This gingham long sleeve top is saying fast! There are only 2 Larges left and they are $14.99, there are other colors that are on sale that are just as cute. The navy gingham is one I have styled before HERE. I am wearing a Large in this picture, I wanted a bigger or looser top so I could tie it at my waist with jeans, shorts or skirts. On chilly nights I like to wear a pullover or a hooded sweatshirt with shorts some times. This cute Striped Button-down Short by Philosophy was super soft and comfy! These tops are so cute underneath cardigans, I had to try one on! I think I’m obsessed slightly lol! I wanted to give you girls an idea of how this top can be worn now and laters! it is super cute with the Navy Cropped Jeans and the denim shorts. these denim shorts are some I bought years ago from The Loft and the tennis I am wearing are Keds.
