Target Try On Haul
Happy Hump Day everyone! This week is starting to fly by already! This week has been so discombobulated in every way! I cannot stand weeks where things go wrong every day! This is one of those weeks LOL! One thing I did get done was getting my patio set up (the basics- I haven’t decorated it yet). Our patio stretches the entire length of our house, so we have to have right much furniture spread out. Now I will be buying the ferns and accessories (plus hanging lights) to give it a warm, cozy feeling for hanging outside this summer. I am excited! LOL
I recently went to Target and found the cutest clothes!! They have really up’d their game in the fashion industry. I thought I would share a few of the outfits and get your opinion on some of them. If you will drop a comment below if you like any of them. I only purchased 1 top, thought I would get your thoughts first!! This is the first of two posts from Target…I hope you enjoy!!

Up first, let’s talk about this jade green floral jumper! I liked it so good, I sent a picture to my husband lol!!! He sent 2 thumbs up for this one. I love a jumper – I HATE disrobing to use the women’s room. Something about being totally without clothes on in a small stall or the bathroom is just not my cup of tea. I did not purchase this one, but I may be ordering it because it was one of my favorites! It’s only $29.99 and comes in sizes S-XXL, it also comes in a black floral that would be very slimming also. It’s made of soft cotton with a drawstring at the waist, this is cute with sandals or some espadrilles. It shouts summer to me – what do you think? Get it HERE.
I have been looking for some new outfits for church and I ran across this leopard print skirt that was adorable. I looked all over Target’s website and could only find the curvy size. If you do not have a local Target near you I have put some alternatives below.
I loved this skirt because I can really do different things with this skirt. Of course, I can wear it more casual like I have in the picture This would look great with a graphic or plain tee shirt and a cute denim jacket! I’ve even seen girls wearing these in a more casual form with white sneakers. I never thought about that, but I think I could pull that look off – with the denim jacket of course. A cropped jacket would probably be the cutest, but if you want to camouflage your hips or waist a regular denim jacket would look adorable!! The V-Neck Tank Top is by Who What Wear and is $22.99 and comes in sizes S-XXL, this comes in a gorgeous black and white stripe also. See the Top HERE.
I was also looking for some cute t-shirts to wear with shorts this summer and I happened to come across this gorgeous color – it’s actually called pink, but looks moral like a coral/p[ink mixture. It’s a Women’s Any Day Tee and it’s only $8.00 and I love the scoop neck! I wanted to show how you can take an inexpensive t-shirt and wear a few different ways. Get the Tee HERE. I found these waist paper-bag high waisted wide leg pants and thought they would look so cute with this top. What are your thoughts?
I decided to try the tee on with my own shorts and I think the color really popped with the white shorts. Get them HERE. I haven’t tucked my shirt in (completely- usually I do the half tuck) in a long time. I am so excited the FASTer Way To Fat Loss is working! This is my last week, but I am going to continue this lifestyle – mainly because I am seeing results! Plus, I am feeling stronger, I have found out I do not do gluten well at all and I eat a lot of food HAHa!! To see more about the FWTFL click HERE.

Tania had on a leopard camo yesterday from target. When I saw it, I thought it was a must have, but when I went to site, there is not a large to be found anywhere. I was bummed! Do like the reddish top you have on with the white shorts. I’m not a fan of pants with high waist and tie. They make me look like a barrel LOL

Tania and I were talking about that same thing!! I think most of us girls think that about the pants. I’m not a huge fan of the pants either -I think it’s cute, but it’s not my best look lol

Good morning girl…omg…had to chuckle out loud when I read “discombobulated”! I haven’t heard that word in ages. I hope your shopping trip gave you a little spark in your week since you found some good things at Target. I am loving that jumpsuit and color “on you”…me not so much as that elastic draw-string waist would highlight my tummy pooch and I feel the same way you do about being naked in a bathroom stall. And I love when a skirt can be so versatile and all the ways you mentioned would be so cute. I must be over-looking the photo of you in the white shorts(maybe I need another coffee?)…but tees look great with any shorts in my opinion. The paper bag pants….hmmm….I’m on the fence about those yet but pretty sure “I” probably would not feel slim in them!?!? I don’t think there is anything that you can’t wear Beverly as everything you show is so cute on you. I’m so happy to hear that the FWTFL went well for you and sounds like you have found something that is working for you and that makes a big difference in attitude when putting on clothes I’m sure. Keep up the good work. I’m out the door to walk with my friend. It’s a chilly 39 deg. so need to bundle up a bit.

You make me chuckle too!! I bet you’re a hoot to hang out with!! I’m not s fan of the high waisted items too much. My daughter loves them, but she’s not over 40 and had kids ha!!! Tania and I were just talking about these type pants and we both said the same thing. They are cute, but not for us!! I didn’t buy them because I don’t think I’d be comfortable in them throughout the day-at all. I like my “regular” clothes the best lol Happy Wednesday!!

LOL…”regular clothes” !! It is fun to see what the styles are that are out there so it’s nice of you to show them even though they may not be your style either. You have all ages and body types that are following you so that’s nice that you have show variety so we all can choose and pick our style that suites us. And….I forgot to mention that I hope you share of photo of your patio when you get it all done as it sounds VERY cute and relaxing.

You’re right about showing different styles. And I will show a picture when we get it done. I love bring in the backyard during the Summer-it’s so relaxing!! If we only had a privacy fence it’d be even better 😂.

Those were my favorites too!! You’re so lucky-the Target closest to me is about 45 minutes away. Ugggg!! I had no clue they had so much better clothes now!! I loved it even if it was packed in there 😨

Boy have I had one of those weeks. And it’s only Wednesday! I like the leopard skirt and the pink/coral top with your white shorts. I guess because I’d wear those myself. Jumpsuit is cute on you but I don’t do florals to often. So it’s not for me but a thumbs up on you. I haven’t shopped at Target in a long time but I think I’ll hop online and take a look.
